Review 2：First time your location hosted a wedding and they did a fantastic job ! Food was catered from Chop and it was excellent ! Great staff and great rooms !

Review 3：The staff at reception can be indifferent and it is a favourite for Hockey families so lots of kids running around, especially floor 2.

Review 4：The decor is good and the location is convenient for us. Chop is lovely and Denny's is Denny's.

Review 5：front entrance poorly identified and not light nor signage at night. Many people miss the entrance and get stuck back onto QEW. Very very annoying

For a new hotel we were surprised to see part of he ceiling was not painted and the grout in the bathroom was poorly done. Furniture look used. Room seemed cramped for space. Thermostat did not work, could not get he temp below 30 which made it uncomfortable for sleeping.

Review 9：1. check-in process took too long. I waited over 20 minutes to check in because Hotel had not received booking from Booking.com from central reservations. 2. Hotel guest in neighbouring rooms made lots of noice and slammed doors at 1am. Staff did not deal with it.

Review 11：I did not have a bad experience with pets, but I would prefer to have pets in a different area. Someone with a pet was upstairs from our room and we heard the dog running in room. It also barked at us as we entered the lobby.

Review 15：What I am about to write has nothing to do with the hotel experience. The construction and the craftsmanship of the hotel and the rooms was fair to poor, the bathrooms could have been laid-out better and the lighting in the baths could be better. I have been in the construction business for over 43 years and I pick-up on every mistake and flaw. This may affect others in the wrong way.

Review 16：Clean, friendly, convenient, close to everything we needed, restaurants were very good and reasonable and the room was very comfortable.

Review 17：The bed in my room was sagging on one side and the toilet has an intermediate running on sound during the whole stay. My room faced the highway and the noise was very loud probably due to the poor quality of windows used. Guests on the same floor were running up and down the hallways late at night.

Review 34：The hotel was amazing. With it being only 6 months old, of course everything was shiny and new. The room being a suite was a surprise. The staff were friendly and professional.

Review 35：Indifferent response from front desk when i needed help with the tv channels as there was no guide in the room. Poor housekeeping...I had to wash the tile floors as they were filthy with shoe marks. The previous guest must have had a small child as there were tiny handprints on the mirror doors. Cute... but unacceptable.

Review 37：The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Having the restaurants accessible from inside the hotel is a bonus as was all the great shopping across the street. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Oakville.

Review 40：If there was one problem, it was being directly next to the highway. When trying to sleep I could hear every car, truck or motorcycle that went by, which was MANY since it's adjacent to the QEW. Some additional sound proofing might be in order for the side of the building facing the highway.

Review 42：Entrance to hotel is not where you may think it is. I was forced to enter into the highway, get out of it next exit and return to the hotel. Make sure you cross the traffic light and then enter the hotel. Do not turn at the light. Room was too cold when we entered, AC fan very loud and the control not easy to figure out. It took me the first night of poor sleep before figuring out how to shut it off. Denny's restaurant on site had poor quality food. It was my first experience at Denny's though. Perhaps this is normal.

Review 43：Clean new construction with tasteful, modern decoration. Room was clean, bed comfortable and excellent bathroom with rain shower. Easy parking and friendly staff too.

Review 44：I had a reservation for atleast one week. When I got to the hotel I was told there were no rooms left and that I should go to mississauga if I wanted a room. I was in Oakville for a wedding and I had no time. After 25 mins, they found my reservation under a misspelt name.

Review 46：the air conditioning unit CANNOT be turned down or off. It is a small bedroom and makes the room SUPER cold and SUPER noisy. GREAT bed - bad sleep due to noise and cold. This is of course a personal preference:( Lack of fitness facility made me sad too. Also lack of coffee in lobby after 10am.....

What I hought was extremely convenient were the w restaurants on site....I had breakfast at Dennys & I had dinner at Chop without leaving the hotel. I slept like a baby in what could have been my most comfortable hotel bed as of yet!

Review 54：Because this hotel is so new, it has a very clean and modern ambience. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the rooms well equipped with all amenities. Despite being right on the highway, there was little to no road noise.
