Review 1：Phoned the hotel from the airport for shuttle pick-up which cost $15 but was very prompt. Our room was spotless. Breakfast was terrific and included in the price. Going on a cruise next day but no shuttle available for that so reception ordered a taxi. That cost $40. We could walk to Walmart which was very handy.

Review 3：We were very comfortable and liked the overhead reading lights attached to the beds. We had some problems getting the television to work. The breakfast location was very nice indeed.

Review 9：This is a wonderful hotel. It appears to be new. The general appearanceand décor of the rooms, lobby and corridors was the best of any hotel wehave stayed in (we stayed in hotel rooms approximately 40 days in thelast year). The hotel value (price versus quality) was exceptional.

Review 10：I didn't like the size of the swimming pool. If your a family with kids and want a pool to keep the kids entertained, this is not a good choice. The pool is made for maybe five people.

Review 18：Manager was extremely rude and condescending. A mistake had been made on our reservation and she, basically, treated me like a wayward child. Further, the place was well worn, with plywood ceilings not properly joined. The only decent area was the bathroom.

Previous travelers have complained about the free breakfast, but for a hotel that doesn't have cooking facilities, the breakfast was good--lots of healthy choices--cheese, hard-boiled eggs, several cereals, bagels, bread for toast, juices, fresh fruit, etc. Good location close to restaurants without having to go into the city.

Review 60：We had an issue with the girl at the front desk on Saturday. My 11 year old grandson fell down 10 concrete stairs at the pool. I believe you should have the staff renew their first aid. This girl wanted to move my grandson right away after this fall. She knew how to put a brand aid on him but didn't have any idea of what to do in such an emergency. When the child's Mom went down to the front desk for a bag to put ice in, she was told they didn't have bags for ice. Not impressed with this girl. This girl didn't have anyone sign an accident report either. My grandson had bruises over a lot of his small body. Bruises and cuts are healing pretty good.

Review 61：The hotel was very comfortable, there were 8 of us using 2 rooms. Children ages 2, 5, 11 and 16. All the children loved the pool. The girl cleaning our room was very friendly and helpful. Price was good for spending 4 days. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, just hope in case of emergencies the staff are trained to handle things properly.

Review 62：No fridge, coffee maker, microwave, napkin and ... in the room. They asked for $200 deposit where there was nothing to use even a minibar. The only thing I saw in the room was an iron beside the beds. It is a clean 2 star hotel not 4 star

The beds were very comfortable, and our room was clean, modern and quiet. In the morning, we enjoyed they breakfast spread...very good food, and (thankfully!) great coffee. While not in the center of Quebec City or even in an interesting neighborhood, the hotel was a good for our overnight stay as we embarked on the rest of our trip.

Review 71：Upon arrival, one of the staff members commented my credit card not working "Be happy that we did not cancel your reservation". Pretty unnecessary behavior, as this happens in the industry that some cards do not work time to time. Also when we insisted on talking English, we still received forms to sign in French. Sorry, guys, you could do better.
