Review 1：the employee at the desk and the room was not good

Review 2：when we got there the woman at the desk was not nice and the room was not the room i should had the jeted tub had black wayer coming out of it so we had to move to another room i dont think i would stay there again

Review 3：the room had a very stale smell and it could use a bit of an upgrade. It was a non smoking room as all the rooms are but, it was almost like it used to be a smoking room and the smell was in the drapery and carpet. The house maid wanted to spray. which would only have made it worse.

Review 4：It was nice having the small restaurant on site. We had dinner ( fish and chips and the Monte Carlo burger) while not fancy was good. The continental breakfast which was included in our rate was convenient as well

Review 5：Bought hot tub suite for 150$. Hot tub was broken as it would not hold water. They said they couldn't do anything because I booked through a 3rd party site. Breakfast was awful and had expired yogurt. Never go here. Waste of 150$.

Review 6：Very clean and comfortable beds. We had just come from Niagara and spent an awful night at a hotel there. This was such a relief. We wanted to go back the next night,but decided to go home!

Our friends who checked in with us (booked here at our recommendation, I am sad to say) were put on the 4th floor. they were told the elevator would be fixed, and the next morning they waited for the elevator on the 4th floor for 15 minutes, before walking down only to be told it was out of order (the hotel staff were too lazy to walk up and put a sign on the elevator saying out of order!)our friends checked out and moved to the holiday Inn, which was lovely! We will stay at the Holiday Inn next time!

Review 25：Our room was exactly what we seen in the pictures on the internet. We got what we expected to get. Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Had a great stay.

Review 26：When booking I was given the option of a Smoking room. Upon checkin I found this to be a non-smoking facility. This was very inconvenient for my husband who is handicapped. We were also assigned a room, and upon entering we found that it had not been cleaned, and had to return to check-in to be assigned another room.

Review 77：Staff was not at the front desk. You could hear them chatting int he back room for a substantial amount of time.The bar and restaurant did not open until 17:00. This is not stated on the door to the restaurant nor on the room service menú.They place a hold/charge on the credit worth more tan the actual charge of the room and then the charge tot he room will be charged later as well on the credit card. However if you decide to give them the cash for the hold then you have to pay for the room in that same instance. I find it a bit off putting the change in policy of how you want to pay. This is also not stated anywhere. The connection to the wifi was not a stable connection as it kept cutting out. I decided to leave early and stay elsewhere.
