Review 1：The bathroom was very small and not very private with louvered doors right beside the bed.
Review 2：The room was very pretty and clean. The location was excellent for walking around town. Breakfast was very nice.
Review 3：No ice in fridge. Smell in room when opened door. No staff around after 8 pm to answer door bell or phone by door. Poor communication staff didn't speak or understand English.
Review 4：It is noisy: the room is on the street. We saw nobody else after we registered and paid. Nobody to say goodbye or hello. It was almost the same for the breakfast, which was exactly the same for the 2 days. It is really too expansive for what it is offering.
Review 5：It was clean and near some good restaurants. The girl at the reception was nice. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was large enough. We were alone in this part of the house.

Room had nowhere to hand clothes hooks on a wall and a few coat hangers. 3.our gear was damp as it had been pouring. No where to hang coat... Place felt damp 4. No television in room, no lounge, wi fi not up to much 5. Toilet was tiny! If you are over 5'4 your knees will reach the wall it's like a cupboard made washroom

Review 10：No hair dryer, rigid rules (must have breakfast in a specific time slot, check-in only between 5 pm and 7 pm), not the typical warm and fuzzy B&B experience.
Review 11：We had an accident on the ski hill the day of our stay here. We had to stay in the hospital overnight and missed our stay. However I tried to inform the inn that this was the case by calling 5 times during their business hours and no one answered the phone. Extrememly poor customer service in my experience.

Review 16：We found the room was poorly lit and a bit noisy due to its proximity to a main street in Magog. The bathroom was small with no real door on it - it was a closet door. Water pressure was low and did not lend itself to a good shower. There is no on site parking available.

Review 49：The room we saw and booked from the site was not what we had received.We booked a standard queen room (pictures on the website showed therewas a bath tub in the room.) Instead we got a room with a tiny shower.The shower was sooooo small, it was almost impossible to use. We feltcheated for the high price we were charged, given the quality of theroom. On the site they mentioned each room would be equiped with a hairdryer and alarm clock. Non was found. Some the bed linens were torn,and there were cobwebs on the walls. After hours, there was no one youcould call for assistance or if you had questions. Save your money andgo somewhere else. Shame on you La Belle Victorienne for using the baitand switch tactic on your customers. Apparently you do not believe inrepeat business.
