Review 1：Rooms seem very dated and cheaply decorated. Continental breakfast was horrible, food taste like it was made a few days prior. No gym or hot tub.

Review 2：I liked that they had a bar attached so I could drink and not have to drive.I also liked the underground parking.

Review 3：No assistance with our luggage up the stairs at checkin despite the broken elevator. No offers of accommodation, price reduction etc for the inconvenience.

Review 4：The room was great, the food at the pub was excellent. Later in the week they did have someone manually operate the elevator til it stopped working and they did bring luggage down the stairs at checkout.

Review 5：I don't like how outdated it feels sometime. The showers and toilets suck and are too noisy. The vents make too much noise as well. Also some of the staff ( especially housekeeping and front desk) do not know how to smile. I found it to be a turn off. Price is way to high for a three star outdated hotel but I guess thats the beauty of Fort Mac.

Review 13：This particular room was terrible. The toilet tank ran continuously and loudly. I had to turn the water off. The shower was barely warm. I stay in a lot of hotel rooms and this by far was the worst.

Review 46：the receptionist did not give me clear instructions for how to get from the podollan INN to the podollan REZ which was very frustrating and confusing. and the signage of the podollan REZ is not visible at all from the podollan INN so i wasted a lot of time looking for the podollan REZ even though it was only a couple blocks away because the woman in the lobby did not give clear instructions and there is no clear signage visible from the hotel INN

Review 47：Traveled to Fort McMurray for my daughters swim meet. We chose this hotel for its location to the pool. The room was great, clean, lots of room for us to dry all her towels and suits. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing all her snacks for the days events and nice and quiet during the afternoon when we needed to rest between swimming sessions. I would stay again if we need to come back to this area.

Review 48：Location, the building is located right beside the busiest highway in Fort Mac, very noisy. The room was not very clean, carpets and floors dirty.

Review 53：We had booked the executive queen room & somehow ended up with 2 double beds. The person at front desk said that's what I had booked. The morning I was checking out, the cleaning staff knocked on door at 8am even though there was a sign on door saying sleeping don't disturb, she again knocked at 10 & asked when I was leaving, I told her well checkout isn't until noon, she said well there isn't anything for this girl to do(the trainee I'm guessing?) I felt I had to rush to leave otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Review 69：Once again, even though the manager said it would be rectified a monthago, there is still no menu in the room for room service; you have togo down to the front desk or pub to get a menu--what is the point ofroom service?The TV did not work the first night; they fixed it the next day, but only able to get a small portion of the channels due to a faulty cable box. The underground parking is nice and offers security for your vehicle, but you have to get out of your vehicle to manually open the door on the way back out. Also, you have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke and a carpet of butts to get to your car. The staff and many pub patrons use the underground parkade as a designated smoking area complete with chairs, which consume a few parking spots, even though it is against the Smoking By-Law in Wood Buffalo.

Walked across the street to Boston Pizza for supper instead. I won't even bother trying to get a meal at the Podollan in the future.
