Review 1：We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and we had a comfortable kitchenette room. Aside from the pleasant, helpful staff, they also provide BBQ's and Deck chairs and tables for your comfort just feet away from the lake and the views are amazing

Review 11：I really like how comfortable the beds were, how the towels were so clean and bed sheets. I like how everyday our beds were done,we got new clean towels everyday. The lake view was so beautiful. We liked everything about the motel.
Review 12：My room have a sofa bed, but no bed sheet and nothing for cover. My room's furniture is too old and dirty, the kitchen things is dirty too. No hair dryer in bathroom. The air condition is very noisy and the fan in bathroom also noisy.
Review 13：Only Wi Fi is fine. And the other 2 rooms for my friends also fine, But in the 2 rooms have 1 of the have no window and air condition. So they need to open all doors.
Review 14：The staff were exceptional and always kind to us. The rooms were clean and you have a great view to the water from your room as well as the deck. There are huge fish in the water (very friendly as well). Walking distance from the beach and a reasonable price!
Review 15：My husband and I came to Osoyoos, BC from Ontario specifically to stay someplace where we would have a nice view of the mountains and lake, with a nice beach for swimming. They advertise a safe, clean, sandy beach, but it was full of mucky, slippery seaweed, so we didn't even go in the lake. It was also a very small beach. The room we had was small/cluttered, with no table and chairs or couch to sit on. There was no phone in the room and no WiFi. The television only got a few channels. We were given a room where trees were blocking part of the view, but we were told that, when another room with a better view became available, we could change to that room. The room we had was the only one without a screen on the window, so we couldn't open it because the flies/bugs would get in. We also were the only room without a table outside for putting our drinks/food on. When we asked for a screen for the window, the owner said, "Well, there's nothing I can do about that." When another room with a better view became available, the owner said, "You can't move today because I'm too busy with paperwork." Any time we tried talking to the owner, after we checked in, she acted like we were bothering her, and she was very rude to us. As a result, we left earlier than we were planning to, and went to a nice hotel across the street. The places on the other side of the street have a long sandy clean beach. Someone cleans the beach every morning! The rooms are also a lot nicer for the money. It's worth paying a little bit more to stay across the street! We will NEVER come back to this hotel.
Review 16：The bed was comfortable. There were chairs to sit on outside, and there was a nice patio close to the lake. The view is nice, but it's better if you get a room away from the trees, as they block part of the view.
Review 17：fridge did not work. no working surfaces. Could use a bedside table and lamp for the main bedroom. air conditioning is very loud - perhaps just needs service? a quiet time set (11:00 pm) for evening parties as every noise is heard more easily with the waterfront location.
Review 18：The location is lovely! Staff most friendly, helpful and hard working! We enjoyed the friendly and welcoming guests. The setting is just what we enjoy! The gardening work done makes for a very comfortable setting to enjoy the beautiful setting!
Review 19：We had a single room on the highway side (all lakeside rooms are doubles). The noise of traffic was constant even through the night. There were no adequate blinds on the windows so car headlights swept through the room. The bed lacked lateral stabilization - one rolled over and the other rocked along. The air conditioning unit was one of those in the window - too noisy to sleep with and clugged with hair on the outside. Furniture throughout was exceedingly shabby. The kitchen was sparsely equipped - not even a cork screw and only one wine glass, so one of us drank wine from a beer glass (in the Okanagon?)
Review 20：The motel had a pleasant patio lakeside where guests could relax, swim, etc. There were some signs the unit had had a touch of redecorating. Maybe other units had been modernized and we were just unlucky.
Review 21：We had room with kitchenette- everything was dirty. We heard some mice at night cruising around our room. AC was noisy and not working good. Windows were extremely dirty. Very disappointed !
Review 22：One bedroom has no window, and that room and the living room have AC only indirectly via the master bedroom AC unit, which means all bedroom doors must be kept open at night to ensure cooling throughout.

I was completely naked when I got up to grab some clothes and answer the door but she had already made her way past the open door of our bedroom and into the washroom. Found the owner a little rude aswell. Probably not the place for you if you're into the whole privacy thing.

Review 28：-carpet on stairs dangerously split making coming down with bags a bit scary as it would be easy to catch a heel -the wiring is sketchy as there are a combo of extension cords from the labouring air conditioner and an 8ft cord found behind the pillow to connect the bedside lamp to the multiple plug-in -the furniture in the suite was a bit of a buckboard -the bed was wonderfully firm on one side but dipped to the middle on the other - parking spaces were tight - the cobweb behind the curtain was at least ancient & no longer occupied - exterior could use serious attention to the peeling paint

Certainly not the place you would want to spend any more timethan sleeping. It was noisier outside because of this than I would have liked, but if I had realized it was a motel used mostly by boaters, I probably would have stayed elsewhere--my fault entirely.

I had expected to hear noise from other rooms but was amazed at how quiet it was. There were barbecues available for our use which was a nice touch.

After reviewing the motel on the internet, the real motel was nothing like the pictures. Definitely needs updating in all respects.
