Review 1：The room temperature was difficult to regulate; we had trouble with the tv remote control.
Review 2：Very friendly and helpful staff; location is directly across from the lake and close to restaurants and shopping; the walkway along the lake was beautiful and very scenic!!
Review 3：Very nice hotel with super good location, cross the street, it is the grand lake and a park for kids and adults. Lan restaurant is also fantastic! The service is very nice! We will go to stay there again in winter for sking in mont orford.
