Review 1：room temperature - terrible bed- uncomfortable terrible hotel to stay as a single woman travelling $2 for a hot breakfast after you state that breakfast is included with the room rate ??

Review 2：The rooms are outdated and the fan in our room ran all night and was very noisy. The cleaning staff was also very loud in the halls while we were trying to sleep even though the do not disturb sign was up.

Review 3：The front desk staff were very friendly. Great location and having the Keg restaurant attached is a big bonus.

Review 4：Had family visiting from Germany, was assured the Discovery Centre wouldbe open on Monday. It was not. Also received some misinformation at theSawridge when I went there after finding out the Discovery Centre wasclosed. Hotel staff should be better informed and have properinformation, since the Oil Sands and Discovery Centre are one thehighlights of a visit to Ft. McMurray.

Review 6：False advertisement on Booking.com. The breakfast was horrible and the same thing was serve everyday. The staff are not even friendly. I will never stay in such a place again or recommend it to anyone.

Total ripoff and a financial burden thinking you were paying for a hotel roomthat cost $ 175( 159 plus taxes). And ended up having to produce anadditional $ 300 for sleeping there 8 hrs. No impressed
