Review 1：There were drill bits and peanuts on the floor that our young children almost choked on. When we complained and brought down everything that was all over our floors they gave us a 14 dollar discount. One of our children is allergic to peanuts and we shouldn't have had to worry about them being all over the floor!

Review 2：Small ants close to the window and the air conditioning unit, and some in the bathroom. Overpriced for the quality of the room.

Review 3：Nice location when travelling, easy to access. Comfortable beds. Walking distance from restaurant.

Review 4：We were told the restaurant was open until 10 but it was actually 9 and when we arrived for dinner it was closing. There was not much sympathy. My friend complained and we received two free breakfasts and $20 off our bill. We had to go out late and find a place to eat. It would be useful if this information (closing early or no bar on a holiday was posted when the reservation was made)

Review 15：all I could critique is the size of the elevator which considering the busy heavy crowd was really inadequate. Also no soap dishes....very awkward for soap placement.

Review 16：staff warned us that there was a hockey tournament and things were noisier and busier than normal...we were at the top of hotel and it was quiet ..thanks to staff plus they did their best to keep control of children running around.

Review 17：The room needed some work. Bathroom mostly. You could tell there has been some serious water damage. The pool room was so loud / overcrowded it was hard to enjoy it.

Review 21：Didn't honour the room I booked, gave me a smaller room with a smaller bed and charged me more money for it. There was no hot water and a very tiny shower. The in room fridge was extremely loud and kept me up half the night so I unplugged it. I've spent less in nicer places than this!

Review 24：The upgrade to the spa room, with the extra space. Lots of hot water. Excellent bed. Soundproof room. Overall comfort was excellent and staff were helpful and friendly.

Review 25：The Price but since September is still considered high season, it wasn't out of line with other places we stayed.

Review 26：The staff was excellent both at the reception desk and in the Pub and Casey's. The two nights we stayed there was no noise in the hall so it was easy to fall (and stay) asleep. The hotel was convenient to the highway we were travelling.

Review 27：I have celiac disease and I know that Casey's restaurant had a gluten free menu. That was my main reason to stay here but was pleasantly surprised when the Hotel was above expected quality.

Gas station and other restaurants right across the street made getting on the road the next day very easy.
