Review 1：The continental breakfast was a disappointment. It consisted of watered down coffee, cereal, no seating area, and frequent power interruptions due to breaker trips.

Review 3：bathroom is spotless,but showers do not have safety bars and no none slip mats for bottom of tub. Being a senior found this to be uncomfortable

Review 10：Everything about the unit and the service was excellent. The bathroom, fridge, microwave and big screen all looked brand new as if no one had ever used them before. I will return to the Franklin next time I'm in North Bay.

Review 16：The Motel room was rather sad, mostly clean, somewhat greasy carpet, My room had personal papers from two different previous guests still in bureau drawers, really tired looking room. A/C inefficient. no in room coffee. Asked young girl who checked us in about walking distance restaurants and she said there really weren't any but there are. Just got the impression that owners really don't care much about putting any effort into the motel section of the property. I would stay elsewhere if I was in North Bay again. I've stayed a many different motels and this was on the lower scale end of price for value.

Review 61：The Fridge and heater were extremely loud. I've never heard a fridge make so much noise. Usually the compressor turning on and off is the only real annoying noise from a fridge..not this one it shuttered and puttered the whole time it was running. I ended up unplugging it. The heater was electric baseboard but sounded like it had a little man with a hammer banging on the elements. Generally grimy place that barely earns it's 3 stars.

Review 63：The drunken native people who knocked on my door looking for someone and the fighting that was going on in their room ans spilling out into the parking lot. As I was going out to eat I was approached by a drunken woman who asked for my help to retrieve her shoes from the room and to also give her a ride somewhere. When my customers found out where I stayed I found out that this is typical of the Franklin. I will not stay there ever again.

Review 73：Really, Our Only problem was the unbelievably uncomfortable beds. Both myself and my wife didn't sleep well at all. We woke up with very sore backs and it looked to us like the beds were from the 70's. I'm sorry but it was not good! Because of that reason, we will not be back again. They NEED to spend some money on the beds. If they buy some new beds, we would Definitely go back!!!
