Review 1：Sweet hotel in a lovely village. The staff at the front desk was so helpful, offered us an upgrade to a beautiful suite with a sitting room. Rooms are modern, Internet works well and bathrooms are clean, modern and spacious. The hotel has lots of charm with a library and although we didn't need it, some children's toys and playing areas. Great value and warmth for the price.

Review 17：The hotel unfortunately caters for conferences which may result in disturbance and restless sleep as attendees can be noisy. The hotel can however not be blamed for these rowdy individuals.

Review 19：The room was cold; 330 CHF for a double room with two added beds for the children that were very narrow, so our son (12) kept falling off the bed. The hotel had no living rooms to hang out; it was snowing so this was important. All restaurants were closed. I mean ALL except one. This was 29 and 30 of the Dec, Monday and Tuesday.

Review 21：The third person bed scenario. Really not acceptable for the rate... Unless as mentioned before, for someone short in stature.

Review 22：we had a room for three. It was a corner unit that was large and lovely. The main bed was very comfortable, but the two beds kept sliding apart. Awkward. The fold out chair/sofa bed was not comfortable due to the metal support frame. The staff was great and promptly responded by providing a comfortable cot with mattress, but this was for little people and short. Lesson here, a third person in the room needs to be 5 feet or smaller. The breakfast buffet is great with good Swiss variety. The small staff was very accommodating and helpful for outings. I would definitely return to this hotel again. It was very personable.

Review 24：We were upgraded from a standard room so were pleasantly surprised to have large sleeping quarters. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide selection. Location to the train station was good.

Review 25：A voucher for a welcome drink in the bar or restaurant at the sister hotel Romantik Hotel Säntis is a little funny as it doesn't explain what's included or excluded. Asking for a beer was a bit of a problem not worthy of this hotel value.

Review 31：You could book into a 4-star hotel and it would cost less money. Got ripped off. Booked two twin rooms and they doubled the price because we used the twin rooms (two to a room). Very unhappy. Very poor value. Fine if you stay one person to a room perhaps. Don't get sucked into their "Twin room" options.

Review 32：No parking facilities, no café or restaurant available to travelling guests on the premises, no fridge or kettle in rooms and no ability to get even a drink of any type. Not even a bottle of water left in the room. The beds were too soft and spongy. For this poor level of facilities the room price was extremely high. So too was the restaurant owned by the same company on the other side of town, A free drink to get you in then you pay for it with high food prices. We thought Norway was the most expensive hotel country in Europe but Switzerland is even higher with much poorer facilities.

Inside hotel and the room is created with very calm and beautiful details, one of the highest Swiss standard I have been which cannot be seen from the photos. The breakfast and the room is comfort country setting the opposite from the room with modern design.
