Review 11：Staff very helpful indeed with arranging ski passes, lessons and equipment, giving directions and advice. Staff also friendly and welcoming. Good location and bus service to Funicular for skiing was very good. Lots of hot water for baths. Cosy and clean room. Wifi service good.

Review 12：Breakfast was ok. Not fantastic. Just an average spanish style breakfast - the quality could be improved a little, but by no means was it bad. The furniture and decor in the foyer and the restaurant were dated and little things like the fluorescent lighting and the table cloths would make a big difference in the restaurant. Although well equipped, the spa area felt a bit dated too. A nice touch would be to have tea making facility in the rooms.

Review 13：The service was amazing. Nothing was too much to ask and was always done with a smile, plus they remembered who we were and which room we were in. We really felt we got the VIP treatment! The rooms were great, comfortable bed, new furniture, warm, clean, lots of hot water for shower, and great view. Hotel is only 5 min walk to Furnicula to get up to the top of the mountain, or short bus trip on the funibus which is free (definately easier with ski gear.) The gear lockers were great too. Although i would book a taquilla (locker) at the furnicula next time to avoid having to lug the gear around. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Review 14：Parking was a bit limited and tricky to get into as underground, we had to wait till 2200hrs before we could get into the car park. There is however public parking quite close by

Review 15：We stayed at the hotel for 1 night, The hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful could not do enough to help you. Room large very clean and warm even had a balcony with a view of the nearby snow covered hills .Bathroom facilities very good. Breakfast had a good choice both hot and cold food available. Swimming pool and spa looked very nice although did not use them. We visited out of season so the town was a little quiet as was the hotel. Andorra La vella was a 5 minute easy drive away with all the shops you could imagine. We were pleased that we chose to stay in Encamp.
