Review 1：Staff was very helpful and friendly. Also the light breakfast was a nice surprise as I didn't think the facility offered this. Looking forward to staying again.
Review 2：Loved this hotel. I've stayed at plenty of five star hotels and even though this isn't one I think I liked it better. The rooms are spacious but cozy and extremely clean. The beds are comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. A small continental breakfast consisting of muffins and fruit, juices, breakfast bars and hot beverages. We will stay here again.

Review 6：This is a typical motel. However the staff were excellent and the room was very clean. A number of options for dining right next door.
Review 7：Loved the hospitality and location! After staying on several big box hotels, this one stood out as one of our favorites on our trip because of how clean and unique it was. The owner was so nice and accommodating, and the kids loved the beach and dock area. It was great!
Review 8：This is a jewel in North Bay and somewhere I try to stay each time I travel there for business or leisure. It is well placed next to some of the best dining in North Bay (the White Owl Bistro). The room was clean, recently renovated and nicely decorated. The freshly baked muffins in the morning are a lovely touch. The attentive Chetan and Dipika are very professional and welcoming making my brief stay extremely pleasant.
Review 9：Price increased more than $20 by hotel after we had our booking confirmed on booking.com to $149 per night. This was disappointing but we did not have time to go anywhere else since we got there late in the evening.

Review 12：I am ve4y fussy and would go back. It was clean and quiet. I did not expect much as it looks old but was pleasently surprised. I did not stay for breakfast so cannot rate that. The gentleman at the desk when I arrived was very nice. It's is an older place but is upgraded.

Review 15：The Sunset Inn is a well kept secret accommodation but once you discover it, you'll be back time and again. Clean, modern and simple make the rooms a relaxing place to stay. The nice variety of portable breakfast options was well appreciated. The bed was clean and comfortable! The bathroom was beautifully bright, clean and spacious! Review 16：The view from out balcony and the rustic charm of our room made it feel more like a Northern Ontario getaway than an overnight stop. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Excellent restaurants just steps away.

Review 26：I loved the little beach and dock. The Inn was so cozy and clean. Everything that you needed was provided including a microwave and refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and the inn keepers very hospitable. We were traveling on a fairly tight schedule and wished that we could have stayed longer! I would certainly recommend the Sunset Inn.

Location, personnel really nice and five good advice on North Bay, on the lake, the beach, there is a terrace in front of each room, dvd's lent for free, Clean room, warm at arrival, great room, bed, bathroom, small kitchen in the room, free parking just in front of the room, even if not mentioned on booking, there was a good breakfast in the morning. GREAT! Definitely go for it!

Review 48：A small issue was that we had asked for a room with a kitchen, and while the room DID have a small fridge & a stovetop (both of which worked perfectly) and the managers provided us with a pot and pan, there were no plates and not enough other dishware or cutlery. I realize that these are the kinds of things that go walking, but if the room doesn't include them, the owners should say so in their ads. It would have been a small matter for us to bring our own, since we came up by car.
Review 49：This was my second time staying at the Sunset Inn. It's conveniently located close to downtown, but far enough to be quiet. It's a short walk from Sunset Beach, my favourite beach in North Bay. The staff were Wonderful! - friendly, kind, and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was firm and comfortable. Free WiFi and a TV & DVD player (with many DVDs in the office to borrow) were nice inclusions. THANKS!! =)
