Review 1：Wasn't sure what to expect and was so pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a romantic room which was quite large and had all the amenities. The staff was beyond helpful and so pleasant. Ate in the dining room and would recommend it.

Review 12：Room was hot. A fan was broken in the bathroom and was noisy all night. People were smoking outside and it was like we were smoking too!

Review 14：Beautiful location, lovely interior design, comfortable room, helpful and friendly staff. Charming local culture of farmers and cows passing through the town center early in the morning. Incredibly clean, quiet, for a tourist area!

Review 15：we heard quite some noise until 11 p.m., sometimes longer, and also starting 6. a.m Reason: cleaning, preparations at dining room for the next day. Steps, dishes etc.

Had beef filet one night, meat was very poor with high price andowner wouldn't say sorry or even try to replace it or offer afree dessert. Entire place is very impersonal. One evening they had alarge party which turned into something you would find in a beerhall. It lasted till 4 or 5 a m and guests couldn't sleep for thedrunken behavior of the party goers. I ask: Where was the manager orowner and why did they keep selling beer into the week morning. 4start place. N e v e r

Review 18：Our third trip to your hotel. Love the location. And the rooms. Last year the service was not Good but this year, especially because of Lisa and Melinie at the bar/outside restaurant it was so much better.

Review 19：Comfortable and clean. Extremely cosy in the midst of all that snows. We love the staff of the hotel restaurant who were extremely sweet and attentive to our needs. Will return someday.. =)

Review 20：In house restaurant needs to be more guest oriented to serve foodwithout booking. If booking required, than you need to officially letthe guets know upfront... Unpleasant experience one night when turnedaway... Not happy. There are other hotels, remember !!
