Review 1：The room was obviously once a smoking room, as the odor lingers in the air. They should not advertise breakfast! There was cereal...no bowls, three yogurts, a package of bagels, milk and juice in the fridge. Didn't see any butter or jam for the bagels. Poorest breakfast I've ever seen. No staff around to comment to. (and we went at 8:00 a.m.)

Review 4：I ended up not showering because the water coming out from the shower was brown... They said it was due to stagnant water in the hot water tanks and simply letting it run would have cleared but I still got out of there as quickly as possible... The breakfast was ok... Nothing special at all.

Review 6：Breakfast was a fairly low quality continental breakfast, but still does the trick. Some of the towels were not clean... very odd, considering how clean the rest of the room was.

Review 7：Had no issues with my stay. Well maintained rooms, was not able to hear anything from neighboring tenants. A safe bet if you are looking for something cheap & decent quality.

Review 8：The room was ultra clean and quiet. Although we only stayed one night the room had everything you could want for a much longer stay. The breakfast was adequate for us to be on our way.

Review 12：I was very surprised how large the room was, it was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Had a microwave and fridge and there is nothing else you could ask for plus it is almost across the street from Sunset beach so the location was exactly what I wanted. I am originally from North Bay and have tried a number of places on Lakeshore Drive all of which were disappointing in one way or another but I now plan to book only at this hotel when I came back every summer.

Review 13：The Lincoln Inn was a great value - we thought the room was a good size and found it to be comfortable and pleasant to be in. There was a comfortable armchair and also a side chair. The flat screen tv was a good size. We appreciated the convenience of the fridge and in-room coffee. There are a couple of good restaurants within close walking distance and also a beach that is a short walk or drive.

Review 14：In the past year, we have stayed in several North Bay motels. This has become our favourite. It is clean, quiet (in our experience), well kept and reasonably priced. A place for a good night sleep.

Review 15：Four couples had reserved four room for two nights back in February. When we arrived at the Inn on Friday afternoon June 19, workers were a third of the way through spraying asphalt sealant in the parking lot. The clerk couldn't understand our concern about having tar being applied near four motorcycles. (over-spray,slippery,smelly , messy) All cars had been removed. We cancelled and went to the Best Western down the road.

Review 16：They seemed to have an issue with our small dogs (2 ) , they don't weigh more than 10 pounds together and leaving them in the bathroom alone in the room for a couple of hours while going out for dinner.

Review 20：Breakfast was Meh. Very limited on selection and tasted kinda bad. To add insult to injury, It's also very awkward when you first go in.

Review 21：Very pretty, spacious, and comfortable. Good value for your money. Wifi is easy to access and it's fast! TV was good lots of channels to choose from and the TV is a decent size. Lastly, the Air conditioning is really good! You can get the room down to a nice frosty temperature.
