Review 1：Value for money too expensive, bathroom and shampoo etc very basic, breakfast and room below 4star standards. no support for parking and public garage, friendliness reception to be improved

Review 3：The location bang on Lake Zug was perfect. Its got a nice little reception and the rooms were tidy and were with a view. Very easily accessible to the markets.

Review 5：The shower is built in a way water always spill outside, there is no actual coverage. I was not able to operate the air conditioner, it was locked. The room was dark, there is not enough lights.

Review 17：It would be great to have some type of explanation on how to use the buses to get to the hotel location from the train stop. It wasn't a terribly far walk, but if you had a lot of luggage the bus would be a welcomed alternative.

Review 25：I have visited Zug on several occasions in the past and then stayed with friends. For this stay the Hotel was chosen as it was familiar to me, has an excellent location on a small square by the Zugersee. The menu is good, food is tasty and service provided with a smile. I would certainly recommend the hotel Lowen Am See to others.

Review 37：We spent a very pleasant and relaxing 3 days in this hotel . Staff were kind ( we are an elderly couple ) and friendly . Breakfast was excellent . The location on the lakeside and in the town square is perfect .also easy walking distance to the train station . We hope to return one day .

Review 98：Charming, cheerful, attentive and knowledgeable staff; great location facing the lake landing stage and a small pedestrianised square; well-equipped and spotlessly clean room; the birchen muesli at breakfast.

Review 99：I come to Zug twice a year from the US. It is good to see the familiar faces. This year it was a harder trip, with several cities before Zug but when I got to the Lowen, I felt like I was at home.

My room (305) was small but had the only balcony in the hotel , with lake view and the old town.The coffee machine,was a real wonderfull surprise . a modern bathroom and a good bed.A good breakfast served in a pleasent way.

Review 104：there is no parking and the parking garage the hotel recommends is quite far. We also had a problem with the air condition which was leaking a lot. The restaurant in the same building charges extra, you can`t put the cost of you meal on the hotel bill

Review 114：An absolute gem of a hotel, situated a few steps from the shore of Lake Zug, and right in the middle of the wonderful Medieval old town. Staff are so kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. My single room (405) was small but perfect, with air con, coffee machine, tons of channels in English, an incredible view of both the town and lake, a spotless and modern bathroom and a superb bed. Heavenly. Breakfast was plentiful and served in a pleasant environment.

Review 117：Service was amazing--especially the woman at the front desk and the woman who helped with breakfast. They let me borrow an electric outlet adaptor at no charge for the duration of my stay. Love the virtually lakeside location. Rooms were also well-appointed, attractively modern, and clean. LOVED the comforter and mattress. Last but not least, the chocolate syrup cake at the restaurant on the ground floor was possibly the best dessert I've had in Europe.
