Review 1：We were in room 119. The bath and the washbasin need to be renew. The bed was not firmed. Their is sign in the front saying that they accept the CAA card but they refused to give me the CAA rebate. Thank you.

Review 3：1. Staff smoking area was right outside my window, which was open because the room was always hot. So, I got all the second hand smoke and second hand conversation en francais. 2. Room was hot 3. If you are an English-speaker, the tv selection is very limited 4. At 7 pm in the daylight, its strange to have to check in through an outside "security window" 5. No shampoo!? What's up with that? Its not like its easy to carry shampoo in your carry-on luggage

Review 5：We've been staying here for years and it's very difficult to regulate the temperature. The air conditioning unit is old and very loud.

Review 16：When I booked through this website I opted for the non-smoking room. However, when I arrived the lady who works there told me that I did not mention that I wanted a non-smoking room so she gave a smoking one. I thought it was not a big deal, but hell it was. We stayed there for one night and my clothes are still smelling like I have smoked a million of cigarettes. I would suggest you specify in the Special Notes Section or whatever is called that you want a non-smoking room. Believe you don't want to sleep in a smoking room ever.

Review 20：The linens were very sticky with chemicals. When you come in the room, that's the first thing you smell. The carpet was very dirty, nasty dirty. We just had a shower and walked around our room barefooted, a couple of minutes after, our feet were very dirty again. It would be convenient if there was microwave in our room too. There wasn't even a coffee maker.

Review 22：We were supposed to receive breakfast and that never happened. Not to much stuff happening around where the motel is located. Room smelt like cleaning products ( but that's not exactly a bad thing)
Review 23：My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay! It was a low budget place extremely affordable - staff was awesome spoke both English and French which was helpful! The beds were comfy, the shower was clean. We didn't spend much time in our room but when we did it was relaxing. We would go back there again if we were in that area of Montreal !! <3
Review 24：The whole place could use an update from the exterior to the noisy air conditioning and the 30-year-old worn carpet and bedspread. The clientele was a little "rough around the edges", but no issues. Many staff were accommodating, but did not seem happy to be there, especially the manager.
