Review 1：I found the staff attitude (especially front desk) to be not very friendly. They charge a $ 300 damage deposit upon check in! Room was clean enough but very dated. There was also an odour that hits you as you enter the property and the room specifically. Maybe this is a chemical they use to mask the smoking smell. The continental breakfast was boring with zero imagination and care.

Review 5：Not good parking space so had to park in an unsafe area. I was expecting a continental breakfast but I cannot eat bread and that was all there was. The last morning there was an apple but I was in a hurry so wanted to take it with me and a lady refused to let me do that so I had nothing to eat for breakfast.
Review 6：Clean comfortable room. I was pleased with the price as it is a hard thing to pay a higher price for just a few hours of sleep.
Review 7：On how they had an available room ready, and I asked to check in early and check out early. But you still get charge an extra $40. Plus the front desk didn't explain properly on why she was charging me?
Review 8：There was hair in the bathtub and I stepped in something sticky on the bathroom floor. Carpet was stained, room smelled horrible and the window didn't lock. It just freely slid open and closed. Would not recommend this place.
Review 9：I was given a room that smelled so bad I had to change rooms and was offered no discount in fact I was told I had to pay for the room or leave the hotel ,I would like an opportunity to explain further !!!!

Review 11：The carpets in the facility needs to be changed asap while walking to my room I lost count of the amount of stains and holes that were in the carpet and the bedroom was no different.

Review 15：The beds are so old and VERY uncomfortable. Your room doesn't come with a TV remote you have to request one and sign it out at front desk. They have someone physically check your room before you are allowed to check out. They have a strict visitors policy. The decor is outdated and cheap. It is very run down and there were multiple holes in the walls that were poorly patched up. The bedding is disgusting as is pretty much everything else in the room.

Review 21：After we pay the front staff gave us a room number at the second floor then we go there, we are so tired for a long drive then when we saw the room they are starting cleaning the room for us then a ask how long it take to clean, then they answer 15 to 20 mins so we need to wait until they finish cleaning the room.
Review 22：Where to start....the room was dirty and smelt like I was in a Bingo Hall. The smoke smell (in my requested non-smoking room) was so overwhelming that my clothes, bags, everything reeked. The bed was ridiculous!!! It was caved into the middle so badly that it was not sleepable. When I brought this up to the front desk, it wasn't a surprise at all and their response was simply sorry; almost like "what did I expect". Furthermore, the channel changer was so full of grime, that I used Kleenex to push the buttons....so disgusting! The bathroom sink was clogged and again nobody cared when I reported it. And finally, although I am sure I am missing something, the free continental breakfast in the morning was a joke. Stale muffins, past due yogurt and luke warm juice. I can easily say that this was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. I will be reporting them to the health board and BBB. My two words of advise "Don't go!!!"

Review 87：This hotel is much in the need of refurbishment. Carpets in the room were dirty. The bed sheets may have been sanitized but did not look clean and were long overdue for replacement. I will not stay there again.

The breakfast fridge storing the milk and yogurt had a thermometer in it reading 11 degrees Celcius. When I brought this to the attention of the staff.... they said "sorry, shall I leave payment on your credit card?"

Then the day after check out I try to withdrawl from my creditcars because of there mess up with room and my money still had'ntbeen released I called and 'oh sorry she forgot'. When a lady on front desk was asked if she knew a place thatwas around the hotel she had no clue and said it.. Said she was new tothe area. Well I'm sorry but your on front desk if you don'tknow you can go online and print a map and find out. You do what you canto make your guests the priority and welcome them in and help them withany problem they may have. Clearly the policies are moved worried aboutthen the friendliness and thoughts of the guests. Would never stay hereagain and would never suggest to my worst enemy let alone anyone else.
Review 93：As I entered the front door there was chunks of dry mud to the right of the rug all the way down for about 20ft. Something that a broom and dustpan could have easily picked up as it was not on the mat but on the edges between the mat and the wall.and it was there the next morning when I was on my way out to the front door.I felt like asking for the vacuum and picking up this dirt as it was the first thing I saw as I entered the front door.
