Review 1：Heating was uncontrollable, toilet was not cleaned, room smelled of oil & grease, air conditioning unit was hanging out ready to fall. All in all a unpleasant stay.

Review 6：There was no dislikes. I thought that with all the rigs in the parking lot i was going to have zero sleep but with the double insulated doors i didn't hear a thing. Highly recommend staying here. cheers

Review 7：We felt the mattress could have been better. The kitchen was lacking in pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. The room rental was expensive, but this is Fort McMurray.

Review 24：usually being a frequent customer I get good service. this time I booked the queen single bed room and they gave me the double room which not what I booked. the staff an asian lady wss rude to me and gave me no response to me question that this is not the room I booked. if I would have known that that was the room I was getting I would have gone else where. she also didnt offer me my complementary water. or any kind words that I usually get from other staff. this turned me off snd I don't know if im ever going to stay there again.

Review 28：The room was basic and had wet patches or heavy stains on the carpet. There was a lot of noise form truckers. It's like a truck stop. Ninety percent of the residents were in dirty & muddy work clothes and there was a lot of drinking and smoking around the place.
