Review 1：Pet friendly, close to shopping, beach and restaurants. Currently undergoing renovations. Drive up rooms with patio doors for easy entry\exit. Eat at White Owl Bistro, it's great!

Review 2：Renovations in progress. Parking lot and many rooms chewed up, hotel dusty with construction. One chair in a room booked for two people (got a second one on request). Our room heater failed after making a horrid noise, had to be moved to another room. Hopefully after the renovations it will be decent, but I will wait.

Review 4：Our first day the bathroom floors and tub had hair everywhere. When we walked in it had a terrible smell. Also we paid 237.?? Upon arrival & a deposit of 25.00. Online total was quoted at 191.00. We were told I would get the 25.00 deposit back and when leaving the clerk gave me only 16.00 back. I wasn't in the mood to argue over 25.00 or total cost. So I just left it and promised myself I'll never stay here again.

Review 6：Did not get the wake up call I had requested. Travelling with a dog would have preferred to have a room on the main level- more challenging to navigate stairs with luggage and a dog

Review 8：Wifi was terrible, beds were very uncomfortable mattresses need to be replaced. You could smell cigarette smoke in the hallways. The breakfast was spread thin.

Review 9：The chair for the desk in my room was broken. Also one of my stays I didn't have a refrigerator in the room. I didn't think to request it when I booked as the other Times I stayed I always had one.

Review 10：I liked that I could smoke in my room. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially when the Internet went down. They got it back up, then checked with me to see if it was working again.

Review 11：Continental breakfast area too small...went else where for breakfast!! The A/C didn't work Are room was across from staircase and it was very noisy. Woke us up very early.

Review 13：the checking area is very smelly ( smoke). But our non-smoke room is very nice and clean. ( I used to had a stayed in a Comfort Inn in Toronto ,their non-smoke room was smelly. that made me headache for the whole trip.)

Review 22：We gave 3 young kids,the staff was very helpful with the kids, the gave us the room we wanted to accommodate our dog and young kids.. i don't remember the name fo the girl who checked us in but she went out of way to make sure we were comfortable.. i highly recommend staying there, and we will definitely be back again.. thanks to the staff..

Review 23：Women at a darts tournament smoking up a storm in non-smoking rooms literally stunk the place up. The hall and even into our room.... heard them saying they were going to buy room deodorizer at breakfast but it was just terrible. Screw ups with the billing weren't a great ending to a nice vacation.

Review 32：The check-in lady was very nice. I like the location, just a short drive away from downtown and beaches. It was also in a very quiet spot, couldn't hear any nightclubs or partying which was great. The bed and pillows were comfy.
