Review 1：First two nights the room was pretty cold for me. I fiddled with the thermostat and then it was better the next day. I did not call the desk because it was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and didn't want to bother them.

Review 2：I've stayed here several times and feel comfortable. Also like that it is so close to any store I might need. The early morning I left, I was having allot of arthritis pain and the stores were not open yet. The staff member gave me his own aleve - so kind

Review 6：I just stayed one night. Was there for a party so came to the BCM Inns just at night to sleep and left early so can't say much but was happy with the personal at reception and it was clean.

Review 10：The shower was awful and the drain was plugged so the tub was ankle deep by the time I washed my hair and scrubbed my face. My room was on the basement lol facing the side street and really noisy.

Review 14：The location was inconvenient because of construction happening...however after being there a few nights we found the quickest routes around the construction There was no gluten-free choices at breakfast

Review 16：There are only two things that we didn't like. 1. The hallways and room were so COLD. 2. The lighting is so poor in the room. I don't know if the lightbulbs are very low wattage or just the type of bulb that make it very difficult to see.

Review 22：The management assumes every guest is a charleton that will walk away from paying the bill. They want all the money up front. They lock people out of their rooms instead of putting a note on the door to come to reception. When I questioned the practice I was told in an unsmiling matter of fact voice "that is how we do things". Back entrance where I brought in my business equiment was never shoveled out. It was slippery and a bad place to put down my bags. I had a hard time getting in and out of that door. After a long day of work I was locked out of my room so I had to leave all my equipment in the hallway to go find out what was wrong with my key. They could have left a note on my door to come to the reception area instead of locking me out. My room frig need defrosting and I ended up having to do it myself as my food was spoiling.

Review 23：One helpful receptionist - Maria Tried to accommodate my business needs. Early breakfast was ready by 05:00, was awesome. Location was within walking distance of all necessities.

Review 24：Thin walls for the room and felt like I was sleeping in the corridor. I could hear all the footsteps from the staircase, from room above and room beside us. If you can hear your neighbor brushing his teeth, seriously, they need to install some sound barrier insulation
