Review 1：Our Junior Suite was extremely spacious and vey clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The hotel was a pleasant 10 min walk into city centre and a good way to orient ourselves.
Review 2：When I check in to the hotel on the 12th August 2015 at 4 pm the staff at the reception is not welcoming as in a good way and not helpful. to much notice from out and inside the hotel which we cannot sleep.

Review 4：The main difficulty was with the children's sofa bed. It was not assembled on arrival and later became apparent it was broken. Night staff tried to help but couldn't so upshot was one of my children ended up sleeping on the floor. To be fair we were moved to new room early next day but even the working sofa bed was uncomfortable and double bed also rock hard. In addition no air conditioning, long walk to main bit of town//spas, very thinly stocked breakfast and wifi didn't work properly. We expected more given the price.
Review 5：This was a disappointing hotel but the plus points were close to a couple of nice restaurants, big room and staff did try to help with problems.

We came down at 10:20 and breakfast was supposed to be until 11, but a lot of the food was already empty or cleared away, even though we were paying full price.

Review 28：At the web it siad aweel equipped kitchnette' is provided. But in fact it was just a very basic mini bar with a sink and a tiny micro wave oven. A very disappointing mis-representation. Even wrose, we asked the staff for clarification, she just shrugged her shoulder and said she didn't know. We had reserved for a Grand Suite for 3 persons but turned out it was just a standard suite with an additional folded bed. We asked the staff, Mr. T. Heyer, and was told that we should asked Booking.com direct. We showed him our confirmation onto which a 'Grand Suite for three' is clearly printed. But Mr. Heyer did not even try to give it a look. We had travelled throughout Europe and other places for years. Arcona Living Baden Baden definitely is among the worst. I am very surprised to come across this standard in Germany.

Review 30：Parking!! They kept giving our parking space away. We leave for the day and when we came back someone would be in our spot! In the end they gave us access to the underground parkade. Housekeeping was a little skimpy but adequate.
Review 31：The breakfast was fantastic and a great value for €14. The beds were so comfortable. Great soaker tub. The one bedroom suite was a good size for a family of four. And we were just a short walk from our favourite cafe in the walking district. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The worst thing are the bed and sofa bed. It is terrible and I still have back pain and my wife as we'll. no view at all. If you open the window car noise will disturb you big time.

Review 85：We arrived at night and they gave us a room which we had not reserved. The night person was not able to give us any solution to that and also when I ask him about the parking and other information he was just telling me to come in the morning. The next day i almost had to beg to them to change me into the room i had reserved. No apologies were given at any moment, I felt like i was asking them for favours when I was only requesting to be accomodated in the type of room i booked. Overall the suites are good but the staff needs to learn how to treat a customer.

На стоянке машины паркуют вторым рядом(не предусмотренным) который затрудняем заезд и выезд на оплаченное парковочное место(вернулись очень поздно и парковались около 15 минут чтобы как то заехать на выделенное нам место),

Review 94：This was not what we expected. The well cropped photos give the impression of a luxury hotel. Though the pictures do not lie, they only tell a partial truth. The tired building is newly renovated but getting to our room required us to leave the main building, into an outside area, that smelled of urine, to our apartment dragging our bags up metal stairs. Once inside, the apartment was spacious, but sparsely and drably decorated. Everything was very new and clean.
Review 95：Staff were friendly. Small, clean kitchen counter where we could make coffee - no provisions supplied. The internet was free, but did not work very well in our rooms - we stood in the passage. It had more of a feel of a residential hotel than the smart hotel that the photos suggest.
Review 96：Some staff were outright rude, especially at breakfast. There is no parking and it isn't really a hotel but a suite rental so no bar. I suippse we just didn't check well enough at booking but it was a definite downside. Not the bedt possible location in B-B either, one must walk along a really busy street to reach the central park area.

Review 99：We had the most unpleasant front office person I have seen in my life. She was rude and when I confronted her about her behavior , she stated that she was sick and was throwing Up all day. The wifi which was supposed to work never worked. They never changed bed sheets or towels over three day period. We never saw a smiling face at this hotel.
Review 100：The Kitchenette needs improvement as below: - One kitchen waste bin under kitchen sink (There was nothing to throw kitchen waste) - Some more cutlery and utensils - A bread knife (There was none) The hotel breakfast closed at 8 AM. If it was more reasonable upto 10 AM, we could have availed of hotel breakfast.

Review 102：Baden Racing had delivered 4 passes to the Members entrance for ourselves and our friends for the races on the Sunday. These were never given to us and when we rang the Hotel from the race track to complain the attitude of the staff member that my husband spoke to was that it was not his problem or the Hotel's fault. When we had asked earlier in the day about the possibility of a late check out, again the attitude verged on rudeness.

Review 104：Accomodation was not cheap and this excluded additional costs for parking and breakfast. All in all it felt like a money grab. Further, wifi connection is an added charge and in our case did not work. Staff were somewhat remote and the hotel while nice did not have a friendly feel.

Room size was excellent with comfortable furniture, separate eating and food prep. area, and good bathroom except for structure of shower over bath that led to water on the floor.

However, in spite of this he appeared to be doing his best not to crack a smile. Parking is limited and costs 9Euros per day. We only found this out as we were checking out. No oven or cooker. Can't even cook fried eggs. No washer or drier (but we knew this ahead of time). The staff disregards the "do not disturb" sign when we are out. They removed the key card from the electrical switch resulting in the refrigerator being switched off. All of our food lost cooling. There should be a bell for visitors. It is difficult to hear them knocking (and if they knock loudly the whole hall will hear).

Review 123：I didn't figure out why the other two rooms I booked for friends Suiteand Grand suite seem to be smaller (room 402 and 403) than my room 302which is a Junior suite. The shower place and working desk of 402 and403 are under quite low roof there is a bit problem to stand up, butthese two rooms got charged more, I'm a bit not sure are these the rightrooms which I booked for?

The receptionist atthe front desk did not seem very concerned and did not apologize once.His only solution was to change our room, which ended up being 2 smellysmoking rooms. He said "no extra charge", as if we were going to pay atall! We said we were not paying and even had to say it again when wechecked out the next morning! We never received an apology. I couldn'tbelieve how lightly the hotel staff treated this situation. It stillisn't over as the girl ended up transfering them to her house throughher luggage. What a nightmare!
