Review 1：To access to Wifi, it costs another CAD5/night . However, one machine is allowed to get access one time and with unstable connection.
Review 2：The manager and staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is near to supermarket and shoppers drug mart, which is very convenient to buy foods and grocerys. The towels and blankets are clean!

Review 4：Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Microwave, fridge, A/C, coffee maker, alarm clock, T.V.,and hair dryer. Very clean room and lots of everything necessary in the bathroom. Quiet. Close to downtown and Old YK. City transit for other places a little farther away. Grocery store across the road. It's a perfect place to stay!
Review 5：Didn't get a choice on smoking or none smoking, as we didn't know you could smoke in hotel rooms in NWT we ended up in a room that smelled of smoke. The bathroom had brown water marks all over the ceiling. All edges and corners were not clean and had a build up of grime and crud. The Sink was unclean when we arrived, the provided towels were old and washed out and while using fresh folded towels I found long black hairs in the fabric. The bed although having what looked like a relatively new mattress was on a very old and heavly stained with what I can only say looked like vomit which was visible as it was bare and not covered. You do not get a duvet but only a sheet, a thin woollen blanket and a thin comforter. This being said we were not cold. For $126 a night it is not worth the money, and if I was to visit Yellowknife again I would look to go else where. I understand it is cheap for the area but that should not mean you get filthy accommodation.

Review 26：Toilet was blocked the entire time, staff failed to fix it. We had to use the toilet in the lobby. Manager was rude and very resistant to offer a discount as a result of the lack of facilities.

Review 29：Its location was great! Right in the centre of town & close to the supermarket and downtown amenities. But most importantly, the Manager was so helpful with advice on where to see the Aurora, was enthusiastic when we did see it. He was excellent!

Review 36：The room had a unusual odor the sheets were stained the mattress was old and misshapen. the tv was horable and the internet was slow.I had to stay there until I found a clean room somewhere else thats why I checked out early. verry poor service from front desk nightmen he was rude and did not help with anything the daytime saff was good. The food was good and very friendly staff there. One of the most unpleasant hotel stays in my life.
Review 37：-Had moldy drop ceiling in the bathroom, mold on the shower curtain,mold in the mini-fridge. -Very long black hair(mine is blonde) on theside of the tub, on the bathroom floor, in the coffee cups. -Location isvery sketchy (across the street from the Salvation Army) -There was a$5.00/24 hr fee for wifi. Did not pay, should be included in theroom price. -$20.00 deposit needed to activate the phone. -The Chineserestaurant downstairs had very poor service. The waiter was very rudeand we ended up waiting an unreasonable amount of time for the food toarrive. Had to drive across the city to get decent meals.
