Review 1：Walls are paper thin and we were placed beside the door to back stairwell which was VERY loud and very busy. The price was very expensive for the quality of the room and the breakfast. The mattresses were terrible and caused a lot of body pain. Preteen girls and their parents were allowed to hang out in the halls until all hours.

Review 3：Room I booked was not given to me. Hotel lobby and hallways smelled like cig smoke. Roomed was very tired looking. Dogs allowed to sit in breakfast room while dining...room very small so dogs under your feet. Taxes in we paid $140.00 per night..... Not good for the quality of hotel.

Review 4：The fire in parking lot.Staff i don't think they knew how to work the fire extinguishers.A few of the guest tried to put it out.No one informed us of the car fire outside of our room.Good thing our daughter hear the horn going off and woke us up to move our car.When i booked the room it said 2 queen size beds but they were only doubles.

Review 5：The beds are hard and uncomfortable, the layout of the hallway upstairs is not convenient. The rate is too high for an experience that is not reflecting the price.

Review 9：Check out staff (one girl) was rude. She had put through our night stay on our credit card without our permission. Said she couldn't change it, when asked about our points, her answer was 'too late'. For this reason probably won't stay there again.

Review 11：Only complaint about our stay was that they were testing the smoke alarms in every room on our floor early in the morning so we were woken by constant alarms going off for a good hour or so.
