Review 1：Checked into room to find article of clothing from last guest in plain sight. The toilet was still full of the last persons dump. However the toilet paper had been folded to a nice point as it the room had been cleaned. The sink had also been wiped down to give the appearance of... the bathtub was still full of hair. The evening clerk apologized and when I confronted the morning clerk there had been no mention to pass this on to the manager.

Review 2：The food every time I stay there I have to send my supper back and the quality is very poor for the price. Not impressed. Order in save yourself the headache

Review 3：The wing my room was in was absolutely freezing, as was my room. I even cranked the thermostat as soon as I got in the room but it was uncomfortably cold the whole time I was there. I also don't like the pool and hot tub being out in the open in the middle section there.

Review 10：The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The quality of meals from the dining room were also a highlight of the stay. My children loved the goldfish pond!

Review 11：Excellent service from all staff-front desk, chambermaid-who helped me with my bag on my first day then again when I had difficulty with my coffeemaker. The breakfast serving staff were very accommodating, crisping my bacon for me and substituting Diet Coke at no extra charge at the excellent (included )breakfast buffet.

Review 13：Day 1 the air conditioner broken and had to wait over an hour to have fixed. No ice machine in good working order on our floor. Coffee in the room was not filled again till we asked for some from the maid service. Fridge must have had a loose wire as it worked and then didn't then worked then didn't. Not good in a heat wave. Pool in the middle of hotel completely open for everyone walking to their room to stop and watch women in their bathing suits. Hotel in desparate need of repair everywhere you look. It has the potential to be beautiful but it has been left to decay. The staff on the other hand are very nice and helpful.

Review 26：Our wings access was broken allowing anyone to saunter in. Our wing wreaked of cigarette smoke covered up by a cheap cologne. I had to use thir laundry room, the washing machine are close to rocking off of the stands, there was a cigarette butt in the middle of the laundry room floor, and upon being finished washing and drying the clothes smelled like stale/ moldy water.

Review 28：I don't know if it was sheer exhaustion or that the bed really was so comfortable, but I had one of the best sleeps of my life. It just wasn't long enough. Had to leave by 4:30 am. Since the hotel doesn't serve breakfast until 6 they allowed us go get free bagged lunches with our voucher instead of the free breakfast.

Review 37：We loved the staff, the food at the Hearthstone grill, the staff brought us robes so we could enjoy use of the hot tub. An all around great experience .

Review 45：Small passenger vehicles share the same parking lot and park anywhere they like making it very difficult to get out of the parking lot in the morning. .I seen a few trucks drive over curbs and narrowly miss cars trying to get out
