Review 1：The rest of the facility. The fact that there were drug dealers conducting business at the facility, that was a little unsettling. Even Captain Obvious would have noticed that ! Definitely won't be staying at this location again.

Review 2：The on-line picture of the front entry - totally awesome, well lit, esthetically pleasing, warm and welcoming... well done!

Review 3：The windows don't open. I like fresh air while sleeping.The air conditioner unit just didn't give the same effect as an open window.

Review 5：I didn't like the room and outside room had an odour comparable to nursing home. I had candles lit and that solved issue inside my room anyway Window had a nice view but was very very dirty so u noticed that first

Review 9：The room was a bit dated, the carpet was worn and the toilet wasn't bolted tight to the wall so when you sat on it, it was a little surprising. I did notice that they were renovating so rooms may be improving soon.

Review 10：The beds were super comfy and it was close to the mall (which was our purpose "in the city") The staff were friendly and helpful. The TV was big. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Review 11：The hallway smelled strongly of smoke, the bed was very soft. The toilet moved whenever you sat on it.

Review 13：The staff were super friendly and helpful.We were made feel very welcome for sure. My husband was very impressed with breakfast as it is his favorite meal of the day. The hotel was having renovations done but was well kept and we would definitely stay here again.

Review 14：The pictures on-line are misleading at present. We learned (but only after checking in and getting a room dating from the 60's) that renovations are on-going. Ask for renovated room. Even then you'll be under-whelmed.

After trying the key for 10 minutes...we went down to the reception and was told that there was nothing wrong with the key<<<that there is no reason why it wouldn't work. We went back up and tried for another 5-10 minutes to which the door finally opened. Once we were inside we realized that the bed wasn't made and there was someone's luggage and personal belongings everywhere. Kinda scary to think that when you leave your room for the day that someone other then staff can enter your room. We then had to go back down to the lobby again to get another key and another room. Lame apology given by all staff involved....as in "No Big Deal" Also, breakfast buffet service not great>>>no one around to assist>> in that made our toast and there was no butter>>had to go out to front desk to ask and they went to the kitchen to get some. By this time bacon, eggs and toast were all too cold to enjoy ! Breakfast Selection was just Soo Soo !

The most disturbing area was no doubt the shower which was cover in hair from the previous guests stay. I will definitely not be staying there again, huge waste of money.

Review 42：After being on the road for 56 days I have experienced a wide variety of accommodations. My stay at the Quality Inn Mic Mac Dartmouth was one of the most positive I encountered. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure their guests enjoy their stay. You might find Marsha, the General Manager working in her office, greeting guests at the front counter, replenishing breakfast items or preparing a banquet room. She always has time to stop and ask if everything is to your satisfaction. Her staff works hard to ensure the rooms are clean and comfortable. They genuinely care. The hotel itself is not the Hilton, but if you want a clean room, caring staff then look no further. I highly recommend this hotel.

Review 44：Has all the amenities and was clean and fresh. The lady greeter even helps us get the bags out of our car and into the hotel!

Review 45：The only thing I can think of, is that given the hour I arrived, there wasn't much around for late night eating. But that is due to timing and not location!

I had a fantastic sleep & the room was very comfortable - perfect in the middle of a 5 day trip from the west coast to the east and back again!
