Review 1：Difficult to shower without soaking the floor due to short screen. Breakfast was OK but not great by Swiss standards. Set on a busy, featureless road, about 20 mins walk to lake and old town.
Review 2：I had a large quiet room at the back, and slept well. Loads of hanging and shelf space. Everything was immaculately clean. 10 mins walk from railway station.

Review 5：The room was on one of the few main roads of Zug. So, it was not possible to sleep windows open. I have to say that the triple window was isolating the noise completely.

Review 14：The hotel is in a great location close to downtown an the train station - walking distance to everything in Zug. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was amazing. Most importantly of all the staff working there was fantastic! They were so helpful, friendly and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again.

Unlike a lot of hotels in Switzerland, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. The restaurant serves well prepared food at a reasonable price. A gem of find which I would highly recommend.
