Review 1：Firstly advertising the hotel as having a free parking- even if public - is totally misleading. Actually the parking is a big problem. And I had to worry each day about where I would park my car at night. Staff is totally unprofessional , non-caring and inconsiderate. There's no management to complain to. I was once woken up by the night shift receptionist at 7:20 AM to move my car being parked in front of the hotel, just to find them allowing another car to park in the same place the next day. Internet doesn't work most of the time, and the staff just ignore you when you tell them to do something about it. Onetime the room keeping guy felt pity for me and restarted the router after I was ignored by the reception Even the safety deposit box was not working and ignored by staff when I told them to fix. Location is not good and not in a clean area.

Review 11：Alot was wrong we had to buy pot n cooking utensils was starved for a night with my baby. I cried for the wrong choice but could not move out cos I had a bad leg. Cleaner did not clean room properly and refuse to clean mine for 2 day after several calls they never showed up. Pussy cats around made me scared environment should be clean.

Review 22：We faced a proplem in midnight , the room is locked and we can't accsses at 12 am , we stayed out 3 hours but they gives us another room but our stuff were inside so I think change lockes is nessesery so we will not face it again

Review 39：The mattresses were too hard! Parking is an issue. There was no kitchen appliances except for a fridge and a microwave.(which were working very well indeed). They gave us only one key but when asked for another one they gave us one for the light only, which was ok actually..

Staff looked a bit tough when we first arrive but they actually turned out to be helpful and friendly. When we asked for extra blanket and pillow they brought it to us within 5 mins!

Very good hot water..high pressure water pump in toilets...no nose accepts we here next room toilet sounds.......
