Review 1：No where to put toiletries in the bathroom. Could of been an issue if we'd stayed longer
Review 2：We only stayed for one night and arrived late but the room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great. We weren't expecting a kitchen so that was nice surprise.
Review 3：Some noisy neighbours swearing from time to time. Lots of people smoking outside of the facilities. Neigbourhood didn't look great.

Review 10："Is it just you?" was the manager's first sentence to me as I arrived in the office and then he gave me a ground-floor room under the stairs up to the second floor in a mostly empty motel. Such discourtesy was surprising to say the least though he did apologize profusely because the internet was down. The bed is hard, the pillows old and unyielding, and the coffee machine came with one bag of coffee and precisely one teabag! The same stinginess extended to the bathroom with minimal soap and shampoo. The bar fridge worked but a small microwave would have been appreciated. A spare blanket would be good too. The sink tap drips nonstop and it takes a long time for hot water to arrive at the shower. Bedding and towels come from another era as does the flower print hanging on one wall.
Review 11：The room was clean and tidy with a new laminate floor. I also appreciated the steel exterior door and good deadbolt lock. Very convenient location and modest price.
Review 12：I thought it was rather tired and needed investment. My shocking discovery was that, having walked about in my bare feet for a few hours, when I had reason to look at the soles of my feet - they were filthy! Clean your carpets please Town Centre Inn.
Review 13：The motel itself is old-fashioned. There is no air-conditioning which was really not comfortable during the hot days of summer. An overall refurbishment would be very welcomed. The view is appalling, sitting next to a passing road.
Review 14：The location was great, walking distance to town and shops. It is located just behind a supermarket which was handy. The receptionist was very helpful and responsive to our queries.

Atcheck out I told the front desk about the first 3 things and he wrotethem down and agreed that some of the beds looked slanted and that inthe 2 years he'd been there it seemed that the plumbing neededlooking at quite often. No apology, no discount, no real concern. Thesink was disgusting and when we checked out on Sunday he said he wouldhave to wait until Monday or Tuesday to call a plumber and thathousekeeping would probably tell him about it anyway. My response wasthat they couldn't have missed it up until now as the sink filled upas soon as you ran the water and took 5-10 minutes to drain away. Thatdidn't just happen overnight. He wasn't overly concerned.
