Review 1：No possible paying by card under 19$

Review 2：Close to the airport and a with a free shuttle to the airport. In my mind almost perfect if the flight arrives late or starts early and if a visit to San Rose is not nessecary. Plus it is cheap and has a good view from the balcony where they serve for example spaghetti for 5$

Review 3：While a shuttle from the airport was advertised, it was "not available" when I arrived, even though I arrived at 2 pm. It was also "not available" when I wanted to return to the airport.

Review 4：Great, extremely helpful personell. Esp. Roger, who helped me a lot when I arrived. Good pizza, friendly staff and comfortable rooms (stayed at private room).

Review 5：The room wasen't clean at all. Dirty/used sheets. Found several long hairs in the bed. No toiletries. Airport drop-off only leaves two times a day so you might end up waiting a lot at the airport.

Review 6：rooms are smaller than on the pictures, just one woollen blanket and no additional bedsheet though we asked for it, we stayed for one night which was ok but i would not have stayed longer

Review 10：We didn't like anything about this place - it is overpriced, dirty, and best avoided. If you must stay in a dorm and be near the airport, there may not be any other options. If you're looking for a double room, avoid this place at all costs - you'll find a better room probably at a better price elsewhere in Alajuela (and taxis for the airport are cheap). Our room was dirty, towels almost worn out, no toiletries provided, sheets looked like they were ten years old... Nothing good here.

Review 11：No kitchen - means people who have special dietary needs or even just want to heat some tea cannot do it, and can be very inconvenient.

Review 20：The hostels terrace is amazing, the atmosphere good and inviting to meet other travellers, the restaurant on the top floor is cheap and good, but the best is the free airport shuttle. The rooms are quite spacious and basic,but clean. Great place to start and finish your trip.

Review 22：Clean hostel in the center of the city, every shops are located at less than 5 minutes from the hostel. The free shuttle to the airport is very good.

Review 23：The guy at the reception didnt know anything. The only things he was able to recommend were their super overpay trips. If you want to order the food in restaurant upstairs in the morning expect that you will wait an hour.

It's a lot more quiet than you're led to believe considering the pictures, which is perfect if you have to get up really early the next day for your flight. The beds are super comfy and clean. Review 26：I didn't like the atmosphere of the hostel because of the bar. I felt bombarded by the beats the moment I walked in. A bedside lamp would have been nice. Perhaps I'm too old for a 20 something clientele. Thought it was slightly overpriced. $50 or less would have been more reasonable.

Review 28：Day staff at desk on 1/1/15 very rude and made me wait 9 min. while he was speaking to friend on his cell phone. 4 other guest made the same comment. Waited 4 min at the bar while staff texted on her cell phone. Dinning area downstairs had ceiling falling in and nails sticking out of the chairs where the foot bars were missing. Tables were dirty along with the common areas.

Review 29：No airport shuttle in the night (ask schedule). Staff not very responsive to requests of tour to Volcan Poas and etc. Charged more that what declared: claimed that price on booking.com was without VAT (first time it happens to me)

Review 45：The rooms were big and very nice. We had A/C in ours and we were very glad. It's very close to the airport and there is a free shuttle from the hostel. We did meet someone who said they were told the shuttle is for more expensive room guests, which is not what the website told us. The wi-fi was terrible but who cares, you're in Costs Rica! Staff was spectacular an the restaurant on the roof was very cool.

The linen look very grey and not clean at all; There is no hot water in the shower; The A/C remote control doesn't work; No Internet in the room, only at the bar; No shuttle to the airport (apparently it was broken that day).

Review 97：Really nasty, noisy and dirty place. Forget about the pictures that areposted here, they have nothing to do with the reality. When I firstentered the room I felt completelly cheated. The reason why I chosethis place was because before my flight I wanted to rest in a niceplace close to the airport. Big mistake. The room was very dirty, thebathroom full of hair from the previous client. The sheets and hadntbeen changed from the previous client, spots in the pillow, dusteverywhere, smuggy mattress.My room was in the 4th floor and the lift didnt work. Very noisy with music and people yelling around the whole night. Internet didnt work, I wasnt offered a free drink as it's stated in the advertisement. Really terrible experience, if you book this room after seeing the pictures in this website you will feel completely conned once you are there
