Review 1：Was a very good stay, would do it again. Had a wonderful time in the pool. Meal at the hotel restaurant was like being back in Italy. Overall it was a very good experience.

Review 2：The door to the room required heft and muscle to open and close. The metal casing on the door and door jam was too tight. The hair dryer came apart as my friend was using it causing her a slight burn on her hand where the hot element landed on her hand. The hotel staff did find a replacement for us to use but it was not installed on the wall.

Review 3：The walls are paper thin. I have never been able to hear people in other rooms so clearly. We had to put on the radio to sleep because we could hear someone in another room snoring. It was brutal!!! The hotel has no elevator and I have mobility issues. We had to stay on the 2nd floor because the place was booked. I never would have stayed there if I knew. The water pressure is less than impressive but not as bad as some places.

Review 4：The wifi was great. The beds were very comfortable. There was ample parking.

Review 5：Had confirmed lower level room with Queen size and couch. Had a room with two doubles no couch. They claimed when we check in all they had was room on 2nd floor will I am disable and the was not okay, No early check-in as requested.

Review 7：The accommodating staff easily changed our room to better suit our needs. Also provided coupon for breakfast since it usually is included at other locations.

Review 8：Our room had an 'adjoining' door which made me feel uncomfortable. The bar fridge was loud and I couldnt sleep well because of the noise. Bottled water should be free. When I called your hotel a few days ahead of time to request an early check in because we were guests at an afternoon wedding the lady on the phone was not very accommodating at all and a little rude. She explained how they had 130 rooms to clean and only 3 staff to clean - not my problem and not professional. She should have said we will do our best to have a room ready for you by a 'specific time'. When we went to check in there was a note on our file that stated 'late check in' and Im almost certain it was this person I spoke to that wrote that note ( wish I had her name).... my husband and I will never return unfortunately & will not recommend to any of our family and friends.

Review 9：The reception desk greeting was happy and very helpful. The room was clean but felt dirty... it was outdated.

Review 10：I had a very late check in due to traveling and was only staying until the early morning. When I woke up to have a shower and get ready I realized there was no shampoo or soap. I didn't have time to find the front desk as I was in a different building and was under time restraints. When I was checking out I mentioned the problem to the employee and was told that they were out of supplies due to the long weekend. They would give these basic supplies when requested. I would have liked to be warned when checking in that there would be no soap for me in the bathroom after doing my "business" if you know what I mean. If your out of soap because of a mix up.... Go and buy some from the local store, it's only good business.

Review 20：We stayed two nights. During the first night, our wing of the hotel was very busy with various hockey teams which created a lot of noise throughout the night. While this is mostly out of the hands of the hotel, a call to the front desk was placed to solve the situation and it did not change much.

Review 22：Honestly? We've stayed in a few different places around North Bay and have been really, really disappointed... Finally tried the Best Western last year and this Easter was our third stay. Always clean, staff is always pleasant, rooms are well maintained, plenty of parking, near the beach, near a 24 hour grocery story, has microwave and fridge in the deluxe suits... Continue to be really happy with this hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Review 25：Confusion on check in with rates that was quoted from Booking.com but Desk was quick to change it. Also on check out they had added 2 cots to the rooms that was not requested. Staff took it off and all was good. Breakfast was an hour wait on Saturday and there were very few people in the lounge. Eggs benedict was over cooked as well as sausages, ham and regular eggs. Room service that night was good

Review 93：Our room was average. Clean but the fridge in the room was kind of noisey and there were water stains on the ceiling. In the hallway you could smell cigarette smoke and we were a non-smoking room and floor. It seemed to be coming out of the vents in the hallway.

Review 94：The Bartender was great and the dinner we were allowed to order from the Restaurant next door was delicious. We watched the Mens Final for the US. Open Tennis at the bar. The next morning we had breakfast in the restaurant and it was also delicious with great service. Jana was our server, she was great. The guy at the front desk offered the lock up for our motorbikes which was a nice option. Check out was quick.
