Review 1：Liked everything but should be noted that 2nd floor rooms are reached by steps, so plan to lug the luggage up and down.

Review 2：The attention and hospitality of owners Derrick and Sandra made this motel stand out! Room was clean and adequate for our needs. Location in a residential area meant less traffic noise, yet close enough to walk into town centre. As we came in the shoulder season, we did hot have the advantage of the salt water pool or sunning on our balcony, but can see these as added benefits to summer travelers. Would def stay here again.

Review 3：We recently had an overnight stay here. The room was very clean, spacious and incredibly good value for money. The lovely Welsh owners were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Review 4：Since a motel is for sleeping the bed mattress was a detriment being both extremely hard & crunchy. Every time either of us rolled over the sound was so loud it awakened me all night...so not a good sleep. Though the motel is named Lakeview our view was to a parking lot full of cars.

Review 17：I did not like that they charge a full night to your credit card which is also their cancellation fee. I ran into car problems only a day after making the reservation and would have lost $230 if unable to make another plan. When we arrived we felt that the room was very dated and worn - not a great value. The futon was not straightened up and there were crumbs all over it - no so appealing.

The need to clean up areas on the ground floor of piles rubbish and cigarette butts, staff and others smoking to the entrance of the reception area.

Review 25：The bed was hard, the recliner creeked, the Duve cover on fold out was either stained or durty. Didn't like the coffee pot set up. I paid the same for a kitchenette, as I did for this room it should of been much cheeper.

Review 27：Sheets were stained and hair in the tub. When we brought this to the attention of the owners, all they offered was excuses. No screen on the window, broken window frame with no lock. Poor security, not safe to leave valuables in the room.

Review 29：The room we had booked was unavailable when we arrived. We had to stay in a smaller room (with our daughter and her husband), and change to a larger room the next day. While management was apologetic, and tried very hard to make up for the error, the minor discount we received did not really make up for the stress of not having the accommodation we had booked, and having to pack up everything for a room change, for a 2 night stay. Cooking facilities are marginal, and management doesn't want you to cook fish (?!) in the room.

We had a sliding glass door as our only door in and out of our room...very strange? We were never offered maid service (stayed 3 nights) only provided 2 towels & one pkg of coffee. We will not frequent this motel again.

Review 38：We couldn't easily walk to any restaurants (my father has mobility issues and I have a one year old baby in an umbrella stroller) and we didn't want to put the baby back in her car seat after 5 hours of driving. But thanks to the recommendation of one of the motel staff we were able to order a fantastic lasagna/pizza/breadsticks combo from a local pizza place they recommended, so it worked out perfectly in the end!

The couple we met who run the motel were awesome - super friendly and nice and were even checking with us about if we found the outdoor pool warm enough (they had just had to top up the water level so it was a little chilly and so he turned the temperature up a bit when we found it a tad cool)

Review 62：We stayed in the 'cabin', it was wonderful. It has three spacious bedrooms, plenty of towels in the bathroom and tons of space and seating in the kitchen and living room. We loved having our own patio with picnic table, umbrella and barbecue and a grassy area with lounge chairs. The couple that ran the hotel were very friendly and helpful, we had absolutely no problems at all. Lake View would definitely be my first choice for a hotel in Osoyoos.

Review 64：This motel is located in a quiet area right across the street from the lake, so less than 5 minute walk to lovely beach. It was also a short walk to restaurants and stores. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice and clean. The pool was wonderful, and also very clean. We would definitely stay at this motel again!

So felt kind of afraid and stressed whole time that that my kids might do something wrong and will be penalized. So we stayed out most of the time. Also there was animal hair on the bedding which caused a rash on my son's back as he has allergies.
