Review 1：Perfect service from the beginning to the very end. Very friendly and helpful staff without loosing distance. Nice rooms (jr.suite) with excellent view. Special remark to beds: although having spent nights in several 3-7stars hotels all over the worldis, this was the first night when both of us slept well - due to a perfect bed - Matratze combintionthe bedf weas very . Thr offer to extend the stay until 21:00 was both wonderful and intelligent - will be rewarded by the guests:we will defniteley drive us to pay a few euros more for The Ronacher than for other similar Hotels in Bad Kleinkirchheim as well as in Austria. Spend one night elsewhere might be stressy (room available from 15:00 , no cabiin to Change; room must be left before 11:00) than staying home. Onre night at the Ronacher are 2-3 days Relaxation. Of course , this will not be available during high season - but think about it and calculate what full relax- from the very beginning to the very (extended) end may be worth....

Review 3：the hotel is located in the nature, great for cycling and hiking in the summer. We arrived later after the dinner and the lady at the reception provided us a very good dinner delivered to the room in 10 minutes. Everybody in the hotel speaks min. 3 languages!! Also the SPA was great.

Review 11：My wife and I stayed there for 5 days. We wanted to ski and enjoy the Spa. Spa is exceptional and rated as among 50 best Spa in the World! The quality of food and service are exceptional as well and top end even among the very high Austrian standard. We booked a Suite and everything was very fine with mountain style atmosphere. Among the best 5* hotels I have been to in Austria so far. Considering Austrian tourism standards this means a top end hotel on international scale. We will certainly come back. Thanks to family Ronacher and to the whole staff.

Review 12：Not on the ski slopes but there is a shuttle bus stop nearby. Basic room over $408 euros/night/halfpension but facilities still not close to a spa like Bad Ragaz in Switzerland. No English newspapers or TV channels.

Review 13：Great spa facilities. Large well-appointed rooms. Staff extremely friendly(especially the restaurant and bartender staff). Excellent breakfast and dinner (portions perfect and healthy/fresh fare). Short walk to village shops. The staff even cleaned my windshields of my car (note on my car indicated they had done so--example of attention to detail) Spa costs reasonable (59 euro 50 min massage) compared to similar spas-- staffed seemed to know exactly what you needed without having to ask.
