Review 1：The mattress was a little too soft.

It felt like a block of cheap foam with a huge dent on one side, not what I expected from a hotel claiming to be 4 star. Also was a bit unusual to not have bath robes for a spa hotel. All in all, I felt it was a bit expensive for what I got...

Review 11：The proximity to the sights in Baden-Baden was fantastically close. The hotel is charming, quiet. Staff's efficiency and friendliness is outstanding. Their spa facilities are very nice, and each room can draw from the mineral springs, so convenient.

Review 12：We arrive at 10am and the hotel can arrange a room for us immediately. The receptionist is nice. The room decoration is luxury and all facilities are perfect. The balcony view is excellent and leisure. Everything is perfect.

Review 13：The hotel staffs are super nice and supper helpful. And the sauna is very relaxing. In the suite, I enjoyed my little private thermal water bad. The hotel is located in the very center of the old city area. Everything is easy accessible.

Review 16：I asked ahead of time if there was parking and they said there was very close to the hotel. They neglected to tell us that where we would park would cost us about €30 a day. The location was great but bad for someone who has a car. There was free wifi, which was great but it would disconnect very often and to connect to it you had to put in the login and password every time. VERY ANNOYING. I only put OK for facilities because there weren't really any facilities. Other than these things it was great!!

Review 27：There isn't on-site parking, but there is a parking garage a few hundred meters away. It's not fun driving downtown to get there, but once you get parked, you can stay put until you leave, because everything is within walking distance.

The hotel staff were friendly and helped by recommending some local restaurants to eat dinner at when we arrived late. Breakfast in the morning was a traditional European breakfast and very tasty and filling. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Review 29：A few suggestions: - please put some additional curtains to protect from the sunlight in the morning. - a glass of sekt to accompany a breakfast would be very nice touch, especially when you are on holidays. - please indicate if the guests arriving by car are allowed to park in front of hotel - I saw some cars there, but no signs or anything. Is it allowed at least to stop shortly, to "drop off" the luggage?

Review 30：Location is fantastic- very close to all the central places we needed and the hotel building itself is very nice and cozy. It looks like the serious renovation has been done since last year - everything is very clean and shiny and WiFi now is just perfect! And the deluxe room we had really worth the extra money - nice, comfortable and very spacious.

No problems if you engage brain. I shall certainly stay at this hotel again. I found it value for money and certainly at the rate I paid. I stayed 3 nights and managed to have a wonderful time.

We spent 2 nights here and prior to the second night, we spent all afternoon at the spa where we relaxed in the thermal baths and saunas, then had a nice relaxing (not deep tissue) massage. Despite that, the two nights on that bed left me with a terrible aching back and little to no sleep. This place is not the Ritz, but for the money and quality of the hotel, I really think they should invest in some better beds. I would not return for that single reason.

Review 37：Helio is location right in the heart of the town. The big Roman/Irish bath is just a short walk and there is a ton of shopping right outside the front door. The staff was very nice and the hotel is also quite nice. Breakfast was included and it was a very nice spread. For us Americans, the bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs are a nice touch.

Room was painfully small and in the eves, we did not get what we ordered on the internet (the staff did not seem to understand internet booking - eventually we got a sizeable discount!). Review 48：We were visiting friends in Baden-Baden and stayed at this hotel which has been there for a long time. But everything was modern, comfortable and stylish. The staff were very helpful. The rates very reasonable thru Booking.com. And most of all the breakfasts were superb. Various fruits, juices, breads, jams, yogurts. Eggs prepared every which way. Sliced ham, beautifully baked cakes and all of top quality. The service was exceptional. Friendly, courteous and genuinely interested in our welfare. The location was excellent being close to all the activities in Baden-Baden including the Caracalla Baths, Kurhaus and all the goings on in this delightful town.
