Review 1：Just needed one more pillow on the double bed.
Review 2：The owners of this hotel were very pleasant. It seems to be family run with them living onsite. The room was basic but very clean. It was close to loads of amenities but still was very quiet. We'd stay there again without a doubt.
Review 3：No bad experience. Location was given simply good only because she doesn't know the area and had to follow a GPS while traveling after dark.

Review 7：Too expensive for value received. Insect found in my bed. Front desk person had significant difficulty communicating in English. My online reservation was for 3 nights...somehow he understood only 2. Website info seemed to confuse number of beds (needed 2) with type of beds ("double").
Review 8：Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but barely functional in English. I had to act out the concept of "coffee mug" and gave up on "decaffinated" altogether.

Review 12：When arriving, on the window sill outside of our room was a spoon used to shoot up drugs just sitting there. The bottom of the spoon was burnt. The staff hardly speak english and had to photocopy my drivers license to give me my room.

Review 19：The room was clean and a comfortable bed. Located just off main street with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Close to public transit.
Review 20：If you read their manual, i find it very ridiculous. Especial the no stains on their "all white" bed sheet and towels since it doesn't bleach well. Example like bloody nose. Don't get that on their sheets or you'll be paying extras for that. I find that to be a huge turn off for this place.
Review 21：Good as a home base for traveling and seeing other attractions in Nova Scotia. Not far from local shops and the mall. Right next to Smiths to get breakfast. Near other food places as well. Has fridge, microwave and 2 mugs.

Review 46：Motel owner provided unexpected bonus service by taking us to the airport. Convenient to bus stops, basic shopping and wide variety of food outlets. Availability of a laundry -bonus when travelling. This is a nice family business.

Review 49：Common areas (kitchen and laundry room) would need remodelling and a serious update. All rooms face the parking lot and it could become noisy at night (but if using the AC and windows closed you won't hear anything).
Review 50：The motel is simple but is clean and safe. Staff is friendly and cleaning staff did always a good job. Staff provided plates and cutlery for me to eat in my room when I needed. The motel is conveniently located making driving really easy (you will be close to all highway access). All sort of big stores are around (supermarket, coffee places, liquor store, etc). Overall very satisfied considering a 2 star motel.
Review 51：Not enough parking Cleaning ladies were a bit "pushy" and not very accommodating. My room was not cleaned for a day all because we decided to sleep in. If your not up and out of your room by 11:30am your room will not get cleaned. Every morning you could hear them outside the windows conversating. A little more courtesy for the late morning guests would be nice!

As we stayed 3 days, the location was great for doing our day trips in the Dartmouth, Cole Harbour, Halifax, Peggy's Cove areas. Enjoyed chatting with Joe (manager).
