Review 1：Old, poorly lit, uncomfortable bed, icky surroundings, entrance locked at 9:45 with no way in after that time, shower curtain that was 12" too long so that it layer into the tub! some sort of window that opened into a tiny closed room with low celing that is shared with another room where others can see into your room,..............don't stay here.

Review 4：Out of 1 month of travel, this was the best hotel for the cheapest price. I wish I wanted to stay longer in Andorra. I would have loved to stay longer because I loved the room so much. It was much more convenient than staying in La Velle. We just went there for a few hours and were glad we stayed in Pas de la Casa because it's more restful and in a beautiful setting.

Review 5：The rooms were not cleaned and only towels were changed and bed made as a part of daily c;leaning.The room is old and the bed very very old (sticking parts put of it). Heating very noisy and due to no reception people behaved loudly at night. For a 3 start hotel this is unacceptable. Price too high as it is more of a hostel, worth 30 Eur per night than a hotel.

Review 7：Fantastic location a stones throw from the slopes, bars and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and amazing hot showers. Perfect for the price. Have stayed here 3 times now and keep coming back.

Review 8：Noisy children everywhere, the bed is too small for two people, no living room, wifi only works well by the reception n you can't even sit there. Meal in the restaurant is always the same, small choice of dishes which mostly are not tasty at all

Review 10：Location is on the edge of town so its a hike to the slopes with all the ski gear but we booked a ski locker on the slopes for 20 euro so that negated this minor issue.

Review 11：Superb value, single rooms available which were actually twin rooms so had plenty of space. Food was basic but it was excellent value for money considering the rates being charged.

Review 12：Could only get tea/coffee at very specific times, couple ofmissing lightbulbs, the dreaded waterproof undersheet. Top tip - useone of the spare blankets as your bottom sheet and you will feel somuch more cosy :)

Review 13：Fab location - five minute walk to ski school, lift passes, all the mainlifts, plus close to all the bars, shops and restaurants. Incrediblevalue for money compared to Alpine resorts - I paid 4 times this forrooms in a tiny hotel in Val D'Isere at the same time last year. Ifall you want is somewhere to sleep in a great location, definitely worthit. Also, bathroom was clean and well stocked - make-up mirror,hairdryer, loads of hot water.

Review 14：Dogs cost 5EUR/dog/day. Some of the staff spoke only a few words English. Mattress was in really bad condition and we could feel the springs.

Review 15：We stayed there for three nights. Heating worked well and was on all the time. We got a discount on the dog fee. Mountain/fields directly behind the hotel. Free public motorbike parking just around the corner. TV with plenty of channels (also BBC and CNN).

Review 21：Smell throughout the hotel strong and offensive. Reception area (lobby) non existent. Lounge/recreation room consisted of a few chairs and tables not suitable fro apres ski relaxation. Lack of space for clothes in room. Ski lockers very awkward to access and room dimly lit. Drink prices excessive.

Although the room was clean it was quite shabby,plaster coming off the walls and even a plug socket hanging out of thewall with wires exposed. When we booked the hotel we chose a room forthree with breakfast yet when we arrived we were told that breakfastwasn't included. If we had known this we would have booked an apartmentcloser to the slopes.

Review 35：Very rude staff.Breakfast was a disaster. None of the staff cared whether anything worked and whether anything was available. Noisy! A request from the Hotel was evident for quietness after 22:00 for the comfort of guests. It's a shame this did not apply to very noisy staff as well. Wooden chairs on tiles makes for a very loud noise and can be easily solved with friction pads. Clearing plates with the restaurant door open is another attention to detail that could be easily resolved. Very smelly equipment room in the basement could be also be resolved.

May be it was our ownmistake not to keep money in the safe but we closed the door and usuallythis works. So use safe! But anyway, reception lady didnt express any sympathy for this accident. But we think she should. All the rest was OK. Location and breakfast was good enough.
