Review 1：It looked like a typical home in the neighbourhood with no signs indicating its name. And I could not tell if it was licensed. Parking was limited.

Review 3：Amanda's B&B was better than a hotel experience! Amanda was extremely warm and helpful with our questions, as we were not familiar with Markham. We received excellent tips about food, activities, and transportation options. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and private.

The place is a bit far from where I had to go in Missisauga. The owner should expand on a similar B&B property in downtown Toronto. e.g. along subway lines, especially the Yonge St line.
Review 9：I like my King room, the facility and the free style breakfast. The owners as staff were very friendly. Rules are reasonable. The area of the property is nice and quiet and the place is very clean.

Review 14：Breakfast included was more of a generic continental feel. Was expecting more of a home cooked meal, no hot food available. The bed in our particular room was very uncomfortable, fine for a one night stay though.

Review 18：The owner was not at the site when I arrived and only came back when I called him long distance. My room was not ready and when I did get in to it, the face cloths from the previous guest were stiil hung over the shower. There was a large bug caught in a spider web in the bathroom. The floor in the bedroom had not been swept and there were crumbs on the floor. There are no locks on the room doors and not enough parking for all the guests. I was asked to leave my keys in the hooks by the door so he could shuffle vehicles. Needless to say I did not stay two nights and found other accomodations.

Review 29：No sign outside. tried the bell, but didn't get a reaction, so i had to call (costs quite some money when you are from europe). Had to leave the car key at the door, so it could be moved when the host leaves early - had a strange feeling about this (rental car, insurance etc). Latest breakfast is at 8:30, probably ok for most ppl but i hoped for a later breakfast, as i had take an intercontinental flight late that evening - but apparently that wasn't possible

Review 32：I enjoyed everything. Location was quiet street but not far from Highway 7. Easy access to streets and Highways. Bed was comfortable and a pile of pillows helped prop you up for TV in bed. Beautiful bathroom. Is in beautifully-finished basement. I went there to sleep not look out window, so I had no difficulty with this. But just to let you know. I also appreciated that she let me put my Burgman motor-scooter in the garage. Even tho the neighborhood is quiet an exposed "bike" can be tempting to some. Highly recommended. I intend to book this again when my wife and I can used it.
Review 33：First off, this is someone's house. Amanda is renting out spare bed/bath rooms. Once I got past the surprise of this, everything great. The mattress was softer than I like, but on the contrary my girlfriend loved it. I suppose the only think I didn't quite care for was the fact that because it's a house I felt compelled to be a bit quieter and more civil than I might have been in a hotel room. But all things considered, it's a small price to pay for the what you get.
Review 34：30min or less from Toronto. Nice, quiety neighborhood. I had the king room. The bedroom was incredibly clean and comfortable. At a hotel, I would expect to pay at least twice this much for a room this nice. Amanda was incredibly friendly and professional, but completely unobtrusive. Breakfast was good too. I would highly recommend this to someone looking for a quite, affordable getaway.
Review 35：The couple was very warm and friendly. They let us use their freezer for our ice and meat pies. Amanda has a heart made of gold and she is a great listener and fells things right in her heart. They also took 10%off our bill because We loved our stay. Peter served in the military.
