Review 1：Was almost a little bit too warm in the room, but slightly too cold in the sauna rest room (minor issue).

Review 4：we always enjoy our sty at Casa Selva. It's close to the slopes (and if you're lazy you can take the free Skibus). Kids love it and the breakfast is great.

Review 8：I don't think there should be a lot of extra charges outside the price for the room. For example, extra charge for wi-fi, which didn't really work. Not a modern approach in my opinion.

Review 13：Good and quiet location, 3 mins walk from the Rancho bus stop (which is 2 mins by free bus to the main ski lift area or 15 mins on foot uphill). Nice family run guesthouse/hotel. Convenient ski room. OK breakfast in large restaurant area. We asked for a late checkout and they gave it for free-nice gesture!Very large room with balcony. Complimentary water bottles on arrival.

Review 21：We found the staff a little bit reserved/stand offish. However, they were able to answer any of our questions promptly and professionally. There is not much atmosphere in this hotel - which is a pity. It's very quiet.

Review 22：Our room was spacious and had a lot of light. The best location is at the base of the lift, this hotel is about a 5 min walk across the road - which is pretty good.

Review 26：This must be the first hotel I've stayed in where I can't choose the temperature of my shower. The one they've chosen for you is too cold. This alone is enough to not return.

Review 29：The hotel was conveniently located for accessing the slopes. The freeshuttle bus stop was 1 minute walk away which transferred you to thebase stations of either laax, flims or falera. The hotel owners werevery welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was great in the morning.The hotel room was cleaned every day although this was not necessary.

Review 30：Would have preferred a bathroom with a bath tub, but due to the small size, it only had a shower. It's an 8-minute walk up to the ski lift/resort area (I never did see/catch the bus), though I found it to be a good warm up!
