Review 1：The first hotel that I booked had the pool facility out of order. I received 2 calls and email notifying me of this. They offered another location only 15 minutes away on the same route. The hotel was spotless. Very large rooms and immaculate pool and hot tub. Highly recommend this chain.

Review 2：The fabrics in our room were beautiful. The coffee preparation area in the room was perfect. The staff was exceptional. And we enjoyed taking our dog!

Also, the website was very confusing - due to municipal boundary changes I assume...but website should be updated with directions clarity. We got lost and GPS could not seem to sort out the info I obtained on website re routing.

Review 9：Friendly and helpful staff. Loved our room and as we were travelling with our two grandchildren, ages 5 and 9, the pool facilities were just what we needed. We stopped at this hotel on our way back to Nova Scotia last year and made sure we flagged it in our GPS for our trip this year. Will definitely stay again and also recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Review 10：The Hotel L'Oiseliere St. Nicolas was outstanding. It's probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We enjoyed their faciilities very much! Our room was spacious and clean and very well appointed. We will definitely return the next time we are in Quebec!

Review 11：This was just an over night stay for us, checked in at midnight and were up in the morning back on the road. Very clear and comfortable room, we got the rest we needed. Did not have breakfast at the hotel

Review 12：We thought we were booked at the location in Levis. Our mistake. We had contacted the hotel earlier to say we would be coming in a little later. Having the hotel confirm the address at that time would have been helpful (staff at the Levis location told us this confusion happens "often"). We drove to the St-Nicolas location and got lost-- didn't seem to be very good signage along and off of the highway. We did call to get directions but the clerk did not give accurate information. Eventually found it and settled in to have a pleasant stay.

Review 14：i booked a non smoking room but when we arrived hotel they gave us a smoking room with very bad smelling and when we complained , they said you choose smoking room !! then i showed them the print of my booking with non smoking sign and then the person in charge had no way but accepting me and then told me you can cancel your room and we will not charge you !!! and i told him i drive about 800 Km and an tired and how can go and find another hotel while you say you have not any other room to give me !! finally we had to stay there in the smoking room !! beside my family became very angry with the behavior of the hotel staff .

Review 17：This location has been our stopping point several times while driving from Nova Scotia to Ontario and back. Each time our service has been excellent. We have used the pool as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is great. The value for the price is excellent. I always expect we would have to pay more to stay at such a lovely spot. We will be back for sure!

Review 23：The staff is super helpful. I was passing through the lobby just as a phone call was coming through the front desk. The front desk staff actually remembered me, told me I had an incoming call, and then put it through after giving me time to get back to my room. Very classy.

Review 24：The room was small for the price, we booked at $129 plus a $15 charge for the dog(we don't mind paying for the dog) there just were not enough towels and it smelled funny beds were very hard our main complaint would be the pool area is very slippery, our son couldn't take even a step without falling, he smashed his knees and head poor kid, something needs to be done about the floors, I was scared to fall as well, the floors are a major hazard, unacceptable!
