Review 1：Your hotel, the Atlantic Parkhotel, is in a super good location, in the middle of the "Altstadt" surrounded by beautiful parks. Review 4：When I booked the hotel it had free wifi but when we checked in we were told of the thirty minutes free and then you had to pay for 24 hours. I even printed the last voucher on 18 August still said free wifi. You should let people know when something like that happens. I would have still stayed here but would not have been shocked.

Review 5：The staff were outstanding, courteous and professional. The breakfast buffet had great variety and was always fresh and they kept the items full to the very last minute. The location was wonderful - close to shopping and right at the end of their beautiful park (Lichtentaller Allee), close to the museums and the casino. Our room was on the park side with a lovely view and a small balcony. It was clean, comfortable with "old world" European furnishings. We loved it.

Review 6：1- Reception was very bad after a long journey 2- No parking for thecar, and you have to park you car in a public parking far away from thehotel with charges. 3- Paid wifi with poor signal and you have to payfor a single device access €2.5 for 24 hours 4- No complementarydrinking water. €6.50 for a bottle from minibar! 5- Very small bathroomwith no bath tub. 6- Towels were not clean and very smelly with stings.7- a/c broke at 3:00 am and response was very bad. (Water drippingfrom the a/c which may cause a fire! And they advised to put a towelon the floor to absorb the water from the a/c! ) Awkwardness 8-Moved to another room with a/c the other day and the a/c was notcooling well given that my stay was in summer and it was very sunny andhot in there. They acknowledge the problem with no other alternatives tosolve the problem. 9- a lot of spiders on the balcony which prevent usfrom sitting out in there. 10- Small bugs in the room

Review 8：...Reception assigned me a room located on the back of building .... This room overlooks a dark narrow & very noisy street ... Impossible to find tranquility and sleep !!! These kind kind of rooms should never be put into the market !

Review 18：For years I've used the Europaischerhof, but sadly it's become too shabby. This is a same-price, very good alternative near the other but even closer in. Clean and comfortable, and a good value restaurant for dinner(unlike the other place) Town underground carpark very close , and cheap.

Review 21：Hotel and website advertise wifi throughout the hotel. This was not true. Additionally, the hotel room was furnished with a single (1) bed and was between 5 & 6 m2 in area. Any inquiries regarding the coverage were met with hostility (and specifically "this is our hotel and this is the way we, and our customers like it). Consequently, I will not make the same mistake again.

Review 23：This is an expensive 4star hotel but the staff are not particularly welcoming or friendly. Breakfast on our second day was pathetic; no staff around to see that a table for three was available and poor refilling of breakfast supplies - hardly 4star. Hotel seems to thank that it is a privilege to stay there.

(At the reception desk they could'n find the owner of the car) Not professional, friendly and helpful at the reception at all.

Review 61：There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room and after 12 hours of travelling that was the one thing we really needed. The hotel was difficult to find. Fortunately a very nice taxi driver took us there by telling us to follow his car. We realised later that it is signposted as Atlantic rather than Atlantic Park

Didn't eat dinner at the hotel so cannot comment on this. Situated in the town centre and was literally a 2 minute walk to the christmas market which is what we went there for

Staff was rude about the issue and suggested that we should have upgraded from our $230 room to a $300+ room on the park side. Do not book unless you are assured of a parkside room. Better hotels elsewhere for less money.

Review 67：Great location, professional staff, fantastic view from the balcony. The hotel is 15-20 min from the baths, in the very centre. Spacious rooms with inbuilt closets, large bathroom. Would recommend it both for honeymoon and business trips. Though not for family stay. Or with grown-up children dur to the main target group of the hotel (mostly elderly people). One can stay with his pet there. The main promenade for dogs is just across the river

Review 80：The one way streets in Baden Baden are such that you must go well off your route to get to the hotel. The detour is over 1 km long.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with hot and cold food in dining room overlooking river. Parking is secure in a nearby underground car park and at 8euros/day is not excessive. This hotel ticks all the boxes and at the end of our stay we didn't want to leave!
