Review 1：This hotel is a hidden gem. Decent room, lovely grounds, very clean, helpful staff, nice restaurant. Good price. They gladly arranged free transportation to the airport even at 4 AM, about a 10 minute drive. I felt safe at the hotel as a solo female traveler. It is on an acreage set back off the frontage road which makes it feel like the hotel is in a park full of beautiful flowers. There is a guard at the gate and good security. Internet is on and off in the room, but there is a consistent, strong signal in the lobby and restaurant. Very good experience.

Review 4：It was very convenient to the airport. The surroundings were very pretty. The restaurant was very good with basil picked directly from the garden, which turned into a great pesto.

Review 5：The rooms need some maintenance. They should also attach brackets on the walls to hang the clothes. We had to put our clothes on the floor because there were no hooks. We couldn't lock the window because the lock was broken. Therefore, we had to lock everything in our bags before leaving the room. Internet in the room was not strong. The breakfast wasn't that great. Very limited. We had to keep asking for hot water because their flask is tiny for only 2 cups while there were at least 12 guests.

Review 7：Asked for a wake up call, which never came, fortunately I woke automatically! Never could get wifi in my room, only in the lobby. (Missed the free breakfast since I had to leave too early...might make a small take along package for guests in same situation?)

Review 8：Even tho close to airport , rooms were quiet. shuttle leaves every 1/2 hour for airport (you must tell them you WANT the shuttle) Nice on site food..

Review 19：The hotel is not new, but if the same facility was built new today, it would be charging five times the rate. I can't see how ANYBODY could complain about this place, given the quality of the facilities and the staff, and the low price they change. It's a real gem.

Review 20：I was in transit, so the hotel was close to the airport, the service and the facilities were like a first class hotel, but the price was a bargain hotel. Can't be beat. I thought I would be stuck with 'hotel restaurant' food, but it was prepared and served with care, - completely homemade desserts. The grounds at the back provide a shady oasis if you need to spend quiet time between flights. The staff were wonderful, - both helpful and friendly.

Review 31：Great location for entering and exiting the country if you are arriving late or leaving early, the 24 hour shuttle is in fact any regular orange taxi from the airport which they pay for, on return they booked a car for us at 4am and once again this was paid for, so great value ultimately, we even used this service to get back to the airport on our first day to get our rental car, and the same on our return, they were fine with this. The lady serving breakfast also have us some good advice and a map which was great!

Review 32：Driver to airport transport was a little crazy with the driving. It's the only time we felt unsafe. Also wished we would have known we had other people traveling with us to airport since our family had to be separated in 2 different vehicles.

Review 51：The hotel advertises free transportation from the airport. None was available when we arrived at the airport at 12:30 AM. When we called the hotel, they said we would have to take a taxi which we had to pay.

Review 57：I felt pressured into getting my transfer to the airport later than I wanted. Therefore, it meant I was faced with lots of queues at the airport check in. Also there was a cockroach in my room. The wake up call that I was given was 5 min after the time it was supposed to be and taxi was 5 min early. I felt pressured into leaving my room earlier than I wanted and faced with 10 min less time than originally planned for my early morning start. It was an additional layer of stress that I didnt need at the start of travelling for 48 h. It put a real negative spin on the end of my holiday.

Review 61：They do not have an airport shuttle. They will pay for one taxi ride to the airport. Additional rides are $10. The cab driver was the rudest one I have encountered in over a month in this country. I asked for a wake up call at 5am for a 5:30 cab ride. I got a call at 5:15 telling me the cab was going to leave without me if I wasn't there in 5 minutes. Overall this property left a bad taste in my mouth. There are better options closer to the airport for the same price.

Not having stayed prior and no knowledge of this hotel, I was very pleased upon my arrival to see that there was gated check-in security and confort of security for my rental vehicle. The convenience of a nice restaurant available to us upon our late arrival ++.

Review 67：Only drawback is the surrounding area once you leave the beautiful grounds has no good shops, sites or even good strong power walking. Just busy streets with no sidewalks. No problem if you are staying short time or can drive elsewhere.

My flight home was very early, so I returned to this hotel the night before I left for home. It's close to the airport. The price includes taxi fare to and from the hotel as well as breakfast. The staff were young, eager, attentive, and friendly. Even though my stay was brief I couldn't have asked for more. I recommend the hotel to anyone.

Review 75：This hotel has beautiful grounds and the rooms are large and airy. We only booked locations with air conditioning because of health problems, but also for comfort. Everything was very clean. The lobby and restaurant were open air and very comfortable even in the heat. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and most spoke English, which was a big asset since we spoke virtually no Spanish. We knew a few words. One of our favorite places.
