Review 1：Not a bad experience per se. Didn't like the smell of chlorine permeating the lobby. The room was sparsely furnished. Should have had a sofa and a second bedside lamp. Didn't really like the fake hardwood flooring.

Review 3：Difficulty in getting the heat adjusted in room. Pet friendly room was located very close to the lobby which was great to take my pet out but also very noisy with guest 'traffic' so the dog did her guard dog alert with her barking. Sorry if it disturbed any guests.

Review 7：Front desk staff was defensive when called to ask about paving crew outside hotel. Luckily the paving crew stopped at about 11:00 pm, there was no way anyone could sleep before that time the entire building was vibrating.

Review 9：I didn't like the fact that the staff was not well informed about where certain sites were in Quebec City and could not tell us where we had to go for the changing of the guard , the Citadelle etc. Could not give us info for the best time to arrive for the changing of the guard or if we could go do the changing of the guard without the tour of the Citafdelle. They were not aware of prices either. I find this disappointing as a lot of people stay in Levis and travel over to Quebec with the ferry and as tourists I expected a little more.. Also would have been nice if the front desk sold rebated tickets for the ferry as did some other hotel/motels in the vicinity.
Review 10：Rooms were clean, loved the fact that this hotel has floating floors throughout including in the rooms. Pool was great , kids enjoyed it. We had a room with a balcony facing the pool so we could watch the kids.
Review 11：Bedroom was poorly decorated & it had a very ackward feel about it. It felt like it was furnished with left-over pieces of furniture. Bedspread looked old. Colour scheme was drab.
