Review 1：The unit did not have expected amenities: a) soaps dishwasher (or washing machine) soap, and only a very small amount of dish soap; and, b) a book regarding unit facilities, wifi access, the region or where to find the outside garbage/recycling, what should be done on check-out etc. The unit did not have other amenities that would be nice such as salt & pepper, sugar, hairdryer etc. We did not find the majority of the towels until we opened the dryer. No door-chain to keep out service workers when the unit is occupied. We returned mid-afternoon and the hot-tub service worker was in the unit. This was unexpected and made me uncomfortable afterwards: wondering who else might be letting themselves into the unit. Not sure if the door code is changed each week (i.e. could prior tenants let themselves in too).
Review 2：Great location, very comfortable bed and layout. Very convenient. Despite the items noted above that weren't optimal, we very much enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.
Review 3：Poor communication with operator, no information in suite (no book with information, check in/out times, contact numbers, wi-fi password etc).

Review 5：The only thing that let this apartment down was the marketing. I thought I had walked into the wrong place it was so nice!
Review 6：The set up within this apartment was absolutely perfect for my young family. The amount of room was amazing and the ability to live as if we were in our own home was great. Kids loved the king sized bunk beds and Kimberley was such a friendly City to visit.
Review 7：We had an issue initially getting a room in that when we arrived to check in our room had not been cleaned. After checking SEVERAL other rooms we were offered one that was suitably clean that was equal to or better than what we originally requested. Despite the initial hiccup we really enjoyed our stay.
Review 8：The location was farther from town than expected but lent itself to nice nature walks and views. We had a pack of 6 deer below our balcony one morning and got to see a lot of other wildlife too. The mast bed was fantastic, best sleep we've had in a while and the layout and decor of the condo was very updated and stylish.
Review 9：Everything, very dirty, huttub didn't work. Bed sheets and pillow sheet had stains. Had to go to the grocery store to buy laundry detergent do wash all the sheets. Carpet had stains, bathroom sinks had would plug water would not go down the drain. Same thing was for the bathtub. Overall,this condo was very very unsenatary. Soon as I got there, I began to tour the condo to make sure I'm getting what I paid for and believe me everything to to be the opposite. I had no one to go express my concerns about this extremely dirty place because this condo does not have a front desk. I hope you share this with the future renters that they need to be well aware of this condo or even renting a condo from ROCKY MOUNTAIN ACCOMEDATION IN KIMBERLY, NC. These guys ruined my family vacation.
Review 10：Absolutely nothing.
Review 11：The hot tub was broken.I called the Mgmt Co numerous times and they never returned my call. Eventually a repair person showed up and attempted to fix the problem. He said if I had any more problems to call him directly. The hot tub still wouldn't heat up so I called the repair company back as well as I continued calling and Mgmt Co. The repair company returned but were unable to fix the hot tub. He did thank me for being so persistent because they needed to put in an external heating source so the water in the hot tub wouldn't freeze and break - this meant extension cords strung around the deck. I still have not head from the Mgmt Co. During this process I contacted Booking.com to see if they could assist. Be very cautious if the property is managed by ROCKY MOUNTAIN ACCOMMODATIONS.
