Review 7：Really enjoyed my weekend at Bestzeit Hotel. Facilities were excellent, Wellness centre was a bonus (gym, sauna, steamroom, footbaths, relaxation). Breakfast was small but included what we needed. We dined there one evening and food was superb. Staff couldn't do enough for you, very friendly and helpful. We stayed there for an event in Lenzerheide which was less than a 5 minute drive, so well located for us. The advert mentioned a swimming pool which the hotel no longer have use of which was a disappointment. Would definitely recommend this hotel, very clean, modern with everything you will need.

Asked at check-out whether we had used hotel ski passes, but this was not offered when we checked-in. Towels and refreshments ran out in wellness area, no staff available to replenish supplies. Not convenient for other Ski areas without car.
