Review 1：Pillow was very flat and uncomfortable.

Review 2：Our room was clean and big, buffet breakfast was very good and had a variable choice. Good parking for persons arriving by their car. Train stop is not far. Found some good English language channels on T.V. Staff speaks good English.

Review 3：No bad experience whatsoever. The rooms do not have air conditioning, so might not be ideal in very hot weather.

Review 4：Really lovely staff! On-site restaurant has a limited menu, but eh food quality was excellent and the serving staff wonderful. Breakfast was good - plenty of choice (hot and cold), with eggs made to order. decor was old-fashioned, but for me, comfort, cleanliness and staff are the important things and here, the hotel was really good. Recommended!

Review 7：Expensive. Very noisy rooms and very thin walls. I could hear my neighbour go to the toilet and I could hear him turn around in his bed! There were spiders and spiderwebs in the rooms.

Review 12：The Swiss Hotel was an ideal base for our friends to pick us up from each morning. The staff were very friendly, a great choice of breakfast items and a well appointed room made our stay very pleasant. Waking up to cowbells from the cows next door made it a very Swiss experience.

Review 14：a warm welcome and the receptionist took time to explain to me in detail how I catch the local train to Zug centre. The breakfast was included unlike some other overpriced hotels (with additional cost for breakfast making them over-overpriced). Train connection is just 3 minutes to Zug centre and the station that serves the Swisshotel (Chollermueli station) is only a five minute walk straight along the road from the hotel, easy to find. There is no ticket office but the machine on the platform takes cards and cash.

Review 15：There was a car wash right next door which starts at 6am. Very loud and didn't aid a good sleep even though a quiet room had been requested.

We arrived Friday evening and were not pleased that we had to go looking for a restaurant in an area where there is nothing! The write up on the hotel said something about the lake view...well, yes, we could see the lake...off in the distance!

Review 52：I chose this hotel for its location as it was close to my workplace, but I was reliant on taxi's to take me to the office, which by UK standards are expensive. If I had more time to explore or prepare, I could have used public transport or walked. I will look into this for future visits.

I felt very safe and comfortable as a single person eating in the restaurant and really liked the 'family' spirit. The cost of the hotel is probably 50% cheaper to other hotels in Zug and represents good value for money.

Review 54：Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed Saturday & Sunday night and there was no room service or restaurant dinner available until the Monday. Buffet breakfast was excellent. There is a rail station 400 metres away and we enjoyed a nice trip to Luzern on the Monday morning. Would stay here again.

Review 55：I was there to visit a customer and the reason for choosing this hotel was the disrance to the company, which is 3 minutes by car. The reception was very helpful for providing me the train tickets for the city center and also the driving directions on the way back. Thank you everyone.
