Review 1：Walls are a little thin, we heard a baby crying through the night. That is no one's fault but could hear it through the floors or walls.

Review 2：The service at this hotel was excellent. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a great spread to choose from (eggs, yogurt,cereal, toast, etc). My husband enjoyed the gym. Location is great as it is right outside of QC and stopped as we arrived late from NJ. Next day we took the quick ferry ride from Levis to QC with our car.

Review 7：The room and bed was clean and very comfortable. The location was really convenient as it was very close to the highway and easy to access. Travelling from Nova Scotia to Toronto, so this was a good mid-point to rest for the night. The breakfast was excellent, better than we thought it would be, so that was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. As well, we will probably be making more trips out East and if so, this will be our hotel of choice for our journey back home.

Review 10：Friendliness of staff, helpfulness and courtesy of staff. Even with my limited French they spoke English in response to any questions and concerns. Most helpful in getting directions to a car dealship as I was having car problems.

Review 12：Rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. The two young men at the front desk (Francois and Alexandre) were very kind, courteous and helpful. Spoke to in very good English as our French was not so good. Gave us great info as to sights to see, how to get there and good restaurants to eat at. Two very pleasant young men and an asset to this hotel. Please let them know that they were very much a part of making our stay a great one. Review 14：Luggage trolley very hard to come by. Pool small but ok for us because we had smaller kids, managed to find time with fewer swimmers, staff accomodating with extending pool hours for a bit. Breakfast eggs not the best but everything else was great. Would stay again.

Review 17：We needed a hotel that was close to our friends on the South Shore, yet close to Quebec City. Hotel is well located for that purpose: right on the highway and 10 minutes to the Levis ferry to Quebec City. We liked the free parking and the proximity to many family restaurants and shopping malls. Our children are very active and a pool is important to us: while not Olympic size, pool was very sufficient. Staff was friendly and hotel very clean. We really liked the nice breakfast that was varied and very good.

Review 21：The pillows do not support your neck. They are too soft. Though the free breakfast was delicious, the toaster did not work well at all. How can a new hotel have an old toaster?

Review 24：Friendly welcome, with directions to where we wanted to go given. Excellent room. Available laundry facilities which turned out to be free of charge. Choice of restaurants nearby. Ease of getting to ferry to cross to Quebec.

Review 25：The WiFi was intermittant. I could not stream Netflix without extremely long pauses in the streaming (5-10 mins). The staff offered another log-in however once you log-in to iHotel you can not log-in under a different access code. The suggestion from staff then was to call the iHotel 1-800 number. In my opinion, as a guest, I should not have to do this. They should have been able to solve the problem. To get the wifi to work I had to leave my room and sit in the hallway.

Review 26：The kids (girls 10 & 8) loved the breakfast and indoor pool. The staff was very pleasant and always accommodating. The hotel itself is very new and clean. Not a big hotel, but big enough and perfect for a weekend stay!

Review 27：Bed was too hard and when travelling as a family I prefer the sink to be outside the bathroom so lineups to the bathroom aren't as lengthy.

This hotel is located 25 km from Quebec city and it's a good alternative to sleep for half the price with the same quality as the hotels in downtown Quebec city. Additionally, parking is free!

We had stayed at many hotels on our vacation and this was the last one before we headed home. Great looking lobby and breakfast area , also had a guest laundry. We will stay again.

Review 107：The hotel is totally non smoking but they seem to have a problem with smokers in spite of the hefty fee. Our room had obviously been smoked in and was very stuffy and smelly because of that. I mentioned this upon leaving and was told we should have told them right away as the staff would have provided a different room. We were just too tired after 12 hours on the road and did not think of it. We will keep this in mind for another time, because the hotel definitely deserves a second chance.

Review 108：We liked the location as it is close to the highway. The breakfast was adequate and included everything you might want to start the day. The room was large and the amenities are very good.
