Review 1：The hotel is undergoing some remodeling and is a two story facility with no elevator. The whole ground floor rooms were unavailable. We had a lot of heavy luggage to carry up and down the stairs. They should have been transparent about the construction.

Review 9：The location is awkward to get to when you don't know the area but easy to get back to the highway. There is no elevator and this gal finds getting luggage up stairs quite a chore.. I will request ground floor accommodations if / when i stay again.

Review 10：It was a very clean, comfortable and quiet place to sleep while still close to the highway. The breakfast selection was very good. My booking was made through bookings.com and the price was reasonable.

Review 11：The hotel was under renovations at the time of booking. Had i been made aware of this, I would've booked elsewhere as my traveling companion has severe allergies and the construction dust was problematic for her. Not to mention the noise. Perhaps more seating could be provided as we ended up sitting on the lobby couch to eat our breakfast.

Review 19：Housekeeping seemed a bit slow - on two days of the stay housekeeping was not done by 3pm and had to ask for fresh towels etc. Renovations were taking place in the building, but because our stay was over the weekend it had little to no real effect on us. It did seem like it was very stressful for the staff as the front of house staff were relegated to a very crowded 4 X 4 foot space, with some of their equipment being in a room a few doors away that was also acting as their breakfast room.

Review 59：I booked aroom through booking .com. I thought i was getting the best rate available.Turns out I paid more for the room going through booking .com then I would have if I booked on my own. I always get the gov't discount they failed to tell me my discount would not apply.I also requested a room with out door access. They did not book that for me either,The staff at comfort inn did some rearranging to accomodate my needs.Had I booked in at a later time that day ,I would not have had an option.I would have been left to find something some where else.As my request for a drive up room was for medical reasons.I most likely will never use booking .com in the future.We travel often.Comfort Inn is always my motel of choice.

Review 60：Even though i knew that they only serve breakfast it was a bit challenging to get something to eat at super time. I think they could serve a light super in the future. I also think they should make the front door a automatic opening door.

The place was pretty much empty. Ihad to call the desk at 1:15 A.M. in the morning there was so muchnoise in the room directly above us. This is not good for your businessand no need to even put someone above us, like I said the place waspracticly empty.

Review 69：The hotel clerk checking us in did not tell me about a 15% tourist tax that was to be added to my bill, despite the fact that I asked her 3 times what my bill in total would be. The next morning, the am clerk told me that the evening clerk was mistaken, but unfortunately I hadn't gotten a receipt from the evening clerk to show her that the total advertised to me was much less.

Review 77：We had a bad experience at Check in,, myself and 2 of my buddies were travelling the area and stayed at the Comfort Inn for one night. My mother booked the room on her Mastercard so that it would be easier for us as neither of us had credit cards, and because it was done this the way Hotel Manager was quite rude to us, and insisted on calling my mom to confirm it was accurate, and she was also rude to my mother. We stayed at 3 other different hotels in the area on our travels, all rooms were booked on a Parents credit card and Comfort Inn was the only one that treated us this way. The hotel itself was fine and comfortable, just unfortunate that the check in experience was negative.

Review 87：The hotel would not use my credit cards by swiping because they havenewer technology for chips in credit cards that requires a pin (Which Idon't have for personal reasons) and had to pay cash.I never had to use a pin with my cards before in any stores or hotels like the Ramada, Future Inn, ... This was a bit of an inconvenience as I had to use cash money that was supposed to be used for something else (registration of my athletes in a tournament). The money was not even mine!!!
