Review 1：1) The staff at the reception speaks no English! It's very strange for an airport hotel, since you have to spend 15 minutes trying to explain to them that you need a taxi. 2) From an airport hotel I would expect some facilities to work 24 hours - like a coffee machine, snacks sale etc. We had to leave at 2 am and couldn't even get a coffee - even though there was staff working at the bar. 3) The most outrageous thing is that when you are trying to pay for your room by card, they make you fill in a questionnaire, where you have to provide ALL your card details, INCLUDING CVV! In other words - all the information that anyone needs to use your card. Otherwise they don't accept the payment, even though they have a credit card terminal. I tried to explain to them that it's illegal to require such information, but like I said, they don't speak English and keep saying it's "Hotel Policy". Amazingly, lots of people do leave this information without any doubt! Be careful!

Review 4：The outside area near the pool is great for relaxing. The water feature drowns out any noise from the road. The lawn and furniture are well maintained. Like the shuttle service that is included to the airport and the fact that there is a restaurant in the hotel.

Review 8：I spent an hour at the airport with the taxi dispatcher unable to find a driver who would take me to thee hotel. The moment they hear the hotel's name theey just leave. The room was too minimall - you can barely stand at the one side of yhe bed. This is more like a one-hour stand place. Floors carpeting is generations dirty. Night staff had no idea how to use their credit card machine. Its for me to discover when I come back how many times I was charged.

But nothing much within walking distance as very general business location. Two wall electrical outlets in room, could not reach with laptop cord to get the Comp in a work area, went to front desk to ask for a extension cord and another lady at front desk was with no caring, and said "NO". Then needed to get last minute work done on my computer, asked if I could take breakfast plate 75 feet to my room, and same lady responded again with a "NO! Needed a iron and board, (same lady) gives me a old iron, full of burnt starch, (no board), no smile just kind of mean. Needed to make a long distance call to US, needed to go to lobby for call, (no room connection according to this lady again, (not sure). 1$ US charge per minute.I found her to be rude in any of my needs.

Review 15：Upon check in Victoria was very nice and helpful. Also the gentleman who is Bellman/Pizza delivery driver from their kitchen was great.

Review 28：At first you may be a little nervous with the location. I am a spoiled American so it seemed kind of like a rough neighborhood. Please don't let that scare you away. The staff was extremely helpful, and the room was extremely comfortable Ibut small but I only needed a bed and a shower. Both were very comfortable. There is a little comfortable bar area and they have the most awesome Italian food I have had in a very long time. Very reasonable too. There is a small pool and a nice courtyard in the back. I was too tired to walk to a store for beverages but they have plenty there for you again at a very reasonable price, cheaper than San Jose or Jaco. In the morning the ride to the airport was very comfortable with no stress. I did not catch the gentleman's name that drove to the airport but he was very helpful with some questions I had, he spoke English extremely well. I will be back for that much needed rest before traveling home. About a five minute drive to the airport so if you're running a little bit behind for your flight it will reduce stress because of the proximity to the airport. Travel Tip : Don't forget the departure tax to exit the country. As of this review it is $29.00 per person.

Review 29：It was easy, conveniently located (weird neighborhood, but didn't need to leave for anything), and had everything you needed onsight. You stay here to get to and from the airport and they made it super duper easy.

Suggest you get an accurate one promptly! Also, the hotel is just barely in Heredia, not Alujela. May only be a km, but it throws off the directions in the wrong direction. I put this down as a service failure on your part!

Review 104：The room they gave us (room 10) wrieked of a sweaty-foot smell. I'd like to think that the others room did not have this problem but its hard to believe, since we were put in that room when more than 80% of the hotel rooms werent booked. The staff were not very hospitable when it came to serving us a continental breakfast. I wouldve prefered to serve it myself considering the long face that the staff had when i asked for a bowl of cereal.

Review 125：TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 1/ The hotel is not 1Klm from the airport terminal it is 3 Klm. 2/ The hotel does not pick up from the airport. 3/ The airport taxi wanted $20 to take me to the hotel. 4/ The room photos are deceptive. I was offered "internal" rooms with no windows to the outside. The windows shown on the pictures are facing into internal public hallways. They offer NO privacy or external light or ventilation. I complained and was told that it would cost more to change to a room with a window to the outside. 5/ The hotel does not accept American Express like they say on Booking.com and they Emailed me after I booked and was confirmed that they required a different card. The stuffing was hanging out of the bed base. 6/ They forgot to list my 3am wake up call to catch my flight. They thought it funny. 7/ It is 2Klm walk to anywhere half decent to have a dinner meal. 8/ Basically the hotel is a converted old house.

The rooms are very small but clean and are perfect for a one night stay before a flight. There is also a nice pool and garden area to relax and a very friendly staff.
