Review 1：Nice rooms quite area good food

Review 2：Only issue..booking .com..I booked 1st floor..they did not forward request .I have allot of business materials.. However staff very helpful..not their issue.

Review 3：The toilet didn't flush. We needed to open the tank to get it to fill up with water. The tub didn't drain. We ended up showering and standing in 6" of water. The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par. There was black hair on the floor and in the tub. We were not impressed especially for the money we paid. We have stayed here before but this may have been our last time.

Review 4：There wasn't a vending machine. There were no elevators, and we were on the second floor. We drove somewhere else to get soda, and when we went to get ice, we gave up after 5 minutes and a quarter of a container of ice. The air conditioning was noisy. We wouldn't stay there again for any reason, including price.The only thing nice were the two people at the front desk.

Review 7：Good location --- very friendly staff, from those on the front desk to the person cooking breakfast! The well stocked Breakfast room was large enough to hold a number of tables. Clean room and VERY clean bathroom!

Review 8：Poor wi fi , dirty carpet and the holding fee for damages was taken from my credit card and not reimbursed for 4 days( $150.00). That is totally unnecessary when they already had a credit card number if we had caused any damage. The staff was very sarcastic with my husband when he questioned this practice.

Review 9：The breakfast area is pretty small and fills up fast. You almost have to time it just right if you wanted to sit down and eat. Would be nice as well if they at least offer a swimming pool. WIFI is awful, lags all the time.

Review 10：The staff here are friendly and seems very helpful. They even have a tiny gym for those who doesn't want to miss any exercise, cute!!!

Review 11：Poor location. No elevator, so we had to lug our luggage up two flights of stairs. Room wasn't especially clean and had a funny smell. Breakfast was ok, small room though.

Bedding needs to be more as it was cold and beds were too soft as well as pillows. Bring your own shampoo as the little travel size does not do more than 2 people with long hair.

Review 17：I had booked several Comfort Inns on my trip out west and all was well. I booked through Booking.com and the reservations were all confirmed and in place when I arrived with the exception of this one. Having the confirmation number in hand I presented it to staff who made an inquiry and then explained that they never received the booking info from Booking.com but it was in place. The staff quickly remedied the situation. I suppose that good advice would be to confirm with the hotel itself, but then if I do that, why would I need Booking.com

Review 26：Overall, the place was very nice. The only thing I wasn't happy was the young lady at the counter who took care of us when we came in. She never mentioned about Aeroplan so I never got my miles, and she never mentioned there was a gym. I would habe used it if I knew. But everything else was good.

Review 27：There was an issue with our booking that wasn't dealt with while we were there but the manager did take the time to contact us afterwards which we appreciated. We would stay here again since they attended to their issues quickly.

Review 28：It was great to have direct parking lot access for my pet. The staff were friendly & the woman serving breakfast was lovely. Too bad breakfast itself was lackluster--lots of white breads, processed foods, not much healthy stuff. I expected more for the price ($150/night).

We really liked that we didn't get an old 'grubby' room just because we had our dog with us - some places do that but not here.

Review 101：not much.........said it was no smoking, but the room smelled awful, i sprayed serveral times, but it was still very bad......... the whole hotel was very very tired, security back door did not lock, no elevator, hard to take the stairs if an older person. Staff was very nice though, breakfast just okay, like I said, very old and very tired...........
