Review 1：Great facility and location. Restaurant/bar on sight with good food and friendly service. Look forward to stopping there again when passing through Quebec City.

Review 2：First impressions were not the best. Had the feel of an old motel as we entered our room from the outside. However, entering the room from the interior hallway was definitely a better feel.

Review 3：The drainage of the bathtub is not fast enough. This happens at most hotels.

Review 4：The staffs were helpful. When I checked out, I found that my car broke down. I don't speak French so I asked the staff at the front desk to help me to call CAA. The room is new, clean and the window can be opened.

Review 10：This hotel is a hidden treasure it is close to the highway but you would never know it. The rooms are nestled in a very nice courtyard, surrounded with trees and bushes. A perfect spot to sit out and relax after a long drive. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. There are 3 very nice restaurants to suit all palates, and the staff are very polite and helpful. This is the second time we have stayed there and would definitely return

Review 14：Ordered steak and baked potato for dinner, however, got a tough as shoe leather that neither I or my husband could chew through, and got cold papery mashed potatoes instead. The carrots were fine but the broccoli was cold and hard. I realize it was late and it looked like the staff was busy, but it took almost 1/2 hour before we got the meal. Very disappointing

Review 17：A great hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner is very beautiful, affordable and has delicious food. Very good location,great staff.

Review 18：It was one of the best Hotel I have stayed in all my life. I adored the hardwood floors, the bed, the fact that there is a separate space to watch tv and best of all the fact we had a washroom that size with a bath and a shower stall.

Review 37：We had queen sized sheets on our king size bed. This was not corrected on the second day ( we did not complain about it) even though the beds were made up for us by staff and it should have been obvious. We helped ourselves to a king size sheet from the linen cart and corrected it ourselves.

Review 38：Location was great near highway 20 exit 311. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was not too expensive. Staff was bilingual.

Review 39：Although the hotel was in a good location not too far from the highway, we had difficulty finding it because of very poor signage when we came off the westbound highway. The only other item was lack of two bedside lamps in our room...there was only one which made it difficult for reading at night.

Review 43：It's 10 km from the Quebec/Levis ferry, the Hotel is close to the bridge, we prefer to cross to Quebec (old town) on the ferry and leave the car at the dock. But the hotel is so nice, it's worth the drive to the ferry.

Review 44：A restaurant is on the premises, and beautiful gardens with a gazebo surround the Hotel, the rooms are perfect, with all the amenities needed, including a microwave and ours had a couch to relax and watch tv.
